It was a beautiful yet quaint dining room with a beautiful view. There was a buffet meal that was very nicely cooked and a fantastic dessert. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a nice quiet place to go and celebrate. Quite possibly the most romantic restaurant in Smithers, yet still comfortable for groups and families. You do have to book in advance but its well worth it.

This is such a wonderful place to go and have coffee, hot chocolate which I really like, sandwiches, cinnamon buns etc... The staff are not lazy...they work hard and are very polite especially the cute manager who always makes me feel special. They certainly don't have to worry about people coming back, they do come back. So the comment about not peeling apples give me a break! Just for your information they also operate the Alpenhorn Pub and Bistro...also another nice place to dine!

Ok folks...this is not really a steak house. I suspect it's known for its salad bar, the kids said their spaghetti was good, but the steak was mediocre at best. I'd recommend getting a new supplier for steak or simply changing its name to spaghetti/salad bar house.

Had dinner here last week. They have an excellent selection of beers on tap and the place has an excellent atmosphere. Lots of tv's playing sports.
But if you go, then you want to try the schnitzel. It is excellent and what they are known for.
Staff are friendly and attentive.

We stopped by and had lunch at Louise's yesterday . They have a limited menu but the food was delicious . Kind of a Sandwich shop . The food , staff and price were reasonable .

This was the first Tim stop on my roadtrip across Canada (A Timbit in every Provence/Territory was my motto!)
The service was exceedingly slow!! As I did end up having Timbits at least once in every Provence/2 Territories/Labrador-except SK(a grave slip up on my part;-{), I became a good judge of service/quality at TH's!(deduct one star)
Also, the motto "always fresh" did not apply here as the bits were a bit dry-this at 11-12 AM(deduct another star).
They did have a wider variety of Timbits than some other branches.

We were told to come here by some friends. I have a hard time finding a good pizzeria in our travels to compete with Jim's in Chilliwack, Chatters is right up there! The crust is fantastic and they are health with their toppings. We had the Jake with a side of fries which were homemade and awesome! We also had their sweet potato fries which were amazing! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was busy. I would suggest you call ahead for Reservations! Best pizza I've had in a long time!

We were planning to go to the Trackside Cantina for dinner on Aug. 1st, 18:40 - that's 100 minutes after the restaurant should have opened; but they were closed without any notice at the door. We even met other customers who were disappointed bouncing off. Very unprofessional...
