Perfect for Garden Wedding and reception. Especially if guests count is a little over a hundred only.
The place is not that big, makes a wedding very intimate together with the luscious greenery.
Staff are very accommodating and the service is just outstanding!
The menu selection are grande, mostly italian.
Even though it is far from Taal Volcano's sight, the place is naturally picturesque.
Sharing my wedding pics.

Balinsasayaw, is a kind of bird native to Palawan Island that has very nutritious saliva. The restaurant has nest-like huts or cottages and beautiful Gardens creating a resort ambiance. It also varied selections of dishes in the menu and unique flavors of food.
Our family had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. The atmosphere was so enjoyable, refreshing and pleasant. We dined in a private gazebo-like setting. We had the best sisig, alimango and pancit. The servings per menu were plenty enough for family style eating. The price is reasonable. Actually cheap compared to the prices of food in the States. The service was impressive.

Came for lunch last weekend and was glad to be given a table immediately. I had fresh spring rolls, beef noodle soup and shrimp skewers on sugar cane. I absolutely enjoyed my meal! The beef noodles was perfect - the beef was tender with the right amount of marbling, the soup so flavorful. i loved the spring rolls for its fresh ingredients.
Service is attentive. And of course, the ambience is tops!

i'm a frequent visitor of Tagaytay, this is the worst restaurant i've been. my friend recommends this eatery, with all the good reviews online, i can say that i expected a lot from this resto. then it failed. the location, seriously? you will go to Tagaytay to eat in an airconditioned resto? the food, never tasted as bland bulalo as theirs, the beef is not as tender as others, the boneless bangus is very salty!!! i've eaten a part full of magic sarap! their sisig doesn't have an egg, when we requested an egg, they just put a size of a tablespoon egg...i will never go back here and definitely will not recommend this place, there are better places and food across the street with the same price as theirs. this is an overrated place!!!

We've tried quite a number of places in Tagaytay, having a condominium flat in the city and we were aching for something new. Well, not exactly new - Santi's. More known as a delicatessen, its Tagaytay/Silang branch has a small and cozy restaurant attached to it. Its selections are not many but all are good. If one fancies to shop for steaks at the deli, you can have it grilled to perfection for a small fee ($3!). Their pastas are great and so are their salads. Their antipasti are very good too. So if you find yourself in the area and are not too keen to eat the many establishments that serve Filipino food, a short drive away is this place. The best thing about it is that you can buy hard to find groceries and good wine as well.

A good place for buying pasalubong such as tarts, pies and other Pinoy desserts. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner too.

We booked for lunch at Balinsasayaw Tagaytay for a post birthday celebration.
The parking areas were big, and we were guided on where to park.
One of the staff immediately entertained us and asked for how many persons, we told her that we have a reservation. We were directed to one of their new Nipa Huts but unfortunately the new Huts don't have electric fan, so we transferred inside the main hall.
We first choose to have the boodle set menu but the waiter suggested that it will be messy for us since it was placed on banana leaves , he then suggested the Bilao Set # 3(Fried Bangus, Ensaladang talong, spring rolls, butter garlic crab, inihaw n liempo, mushroom soup, 2 platter of rice, and inihaw na pusit) which is their best seller. We were also thinking of ordering the Seafood Bilao set but the waiter told us that the serving for the seafood Bilao set isn't that much. So we ordered his suggested menu, we just added Kare-kare, Chicharon bulaklak, chopsuey and a pitcher of iced tea.
The iced tea was very sweet, it was like too much iced tea powder and less water was in it, so we just added more water in the drinks.
The Kare kare was good, no need to add bagoong, If bagoong will be added, it will be too salty. The small saucer where the bagoong was served was a little messy, the waiter should have arranged the content before serving it to us, just a simple clean food presentation.
We asked for 'sili' and when the waiter returned, he returned with a bowl filled with chili, but the chili still have some dirt on it, so we requested the waiter to wash it first before he bring it back to us.
The mushroom soup was also salty, I divided the soup in each of our bowls and after tasting it, nobody dared to finish the soup. The inihaw na pusit is also a little salty and doesn't taste fresh.
The service is good. One wave of hand, and waiter/s come running to us, asking what else do we need.
We had no problem billing out, we even got discount for 1 senior citizen.
One of the staff even asked us if we want to take out the food we didn't finished. We just nodded no.
Over all, we got full. other foods were okay, The price is also affordable.

It was one of the restaurants recommended by my cousin to try while i was planning a day trip to Tagaytay. It was then our first stop for breakfast. Truly, it is a thumbs up experience for me and my cell group members. The location is easy to find, ample parking space, and the atmosphere is wonderful - fresh air, courteous staffs, the lovely interior, so homey and service is fast. Beside the cafe, they have a mini gazebo with garden products you can stroll around and enjoy the various plants, produce and buy them at reasonably priced. That time, we almost bought a whole basketful of mangoes
Don't forget their food choices- it is a fusion cuisine - Filipino dishes with a twist..
This is one of the place i can and will bring visitors and try other dishes. I understand the owner of the place is a hands on chef so you can see the details of the food presentation and the superb taste. She also has a display of baked goodies like ensaymada (their best seller) which i will try in the next visit.
