I came to attend a medical conference in Tunis, Tunisia . Tonight the dinner was arranged to be at this restaurent and the arrangement was done few days prior to arrival.
We were around 75 persons and we were expecting extra ordinary service.
One ☝️ person was serving the whole group with the juice and another 2 persons serving the food for seventy five doctors !!!!
The food taste bad and the quantities are small. The food presentation was not very impressive.
I do not recommend this place for groups though I am not sure if it is good for few people.

The waiter was uninterested and extremely rude, will not be going back. A lunch with friends ruined by awful service.

It's difficult to beat Le Golfe on a warm afternoon: what is better than enjoying fresh seafood overlooking the sea.
So why not the maximum score: the food was good but not wowing and sitting there on a colder night with the plastic windows down makes the restaurant immediately less enchanting!
Conclusion: Le Golfe is an upscale 'beach restaurant' and my top choice in the area.

The restaurant is clean and quite good, the food is decent.
The price is on the high side.
Sidi Bou said is the best area in Tunis with a lot of cafes and restaurants.
Due to its touristic atmosphere, generally prices are on the high side

New and old style combined together. Our aim is to provide the nicest food possible with variety every week. Our famous blackboards change everyday, so you will never be bored of our menu.
It's one of those places that you're not immediately grabbed by - but as the evening grows you'll appreciate this expat hangout. The waiters are good, the choices classic and as with every restaurant it's about the company. You'll have fun here - even the desserts are amazing!

It's really unfortunate, because I miss sushi living in Tunisia and was hoping for something decent. The service was slow, the sushi was so-so and overpriced, and the soup was cold. Lots of things on the menu were unavailable. Our waiter was sweaty and smelled awful, and we were pretty much neglected the entire time we were there. Too bad.

Villa Didon is hip and happening, the interior is modern and trendy and it is the place to be (and to be seen) on a warm summer evening.
Regretfully the food didn’t live up to our expectations. Examples: the steaks were over cooked and not very tender and the appetizer were far from wowing.
Conclusion: a great place for a cocktail but I would not come again for dinner!

Very friendly staff serving Tunisian local food. Prices are so different from other touristy expensive places. But they don't serve alcoholic beverages. (have non alcoholic beer there!) It is outside Terrace kind of setting. If you are there for dinner time, you might want to seat by the wall. (less windy and warmer)
No English menu there but you will figure out...
