Spiro's Pizza & Pasta

Reviewed By Tsunamisam - Warm Beach, Washington

I always return here...family is wonderful....food is consistently very good. Menu reliably remains the same...Wait service is always friendly even when peak slams hit or large group is in back meeting room. Parking is better than before....need more disability slots close to front door.

We are seniors and menu items are generous and so we often order two items and split them 50/50. There is no split fee....Of course the Pasta plates are standards...
as well as Greek salads, and of course---Pizzas. They do have Calzones.

There are three menu Pizza sizes. However, a non-menu item is a personal pizza
that serves six slices. This size of pizza and a large salad split will fill up most couples.

Coffee, Tea, Beer and Wine are also options.

I have never been disappointed here for lunch or for dinner.

Thai Bistro

Reviewed By Vilaineriverwalker - Redon, France

A friend and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday--the place was busy but not packed. We came on her recommendation; she wanted to get their house-made wide rice noodles, which most Thai restaurants don't make. I ordered the Sukiyaki with shrimp, small diced chicken meatballs and squid, served in a delicious broth with vegetables and cellophane noodles. We enjoyed the food and appreciated the efficient service (lots of water refills, which I needed to offset the three-star spiciness). Many other dishes on the menu appealed to me--I'll be back!

Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, Hamburger, Oysters, Steak and Eggs. A variety of Foods ordered by our foursome. Casual dining on a snowy day. Easy accommodations, with our waitress mindful of the person at our table who was gluten free. We enjoyed a lengthy meal and conversation. Would recommend. Felt the pricing was spot on. Steak and Eggs for me were great. My steak was done as requested. Our server Lily deserves recognition for her awesome customer service.

We have eaten here each time we are in this area. Yesterday we had breakfast. It was a Sunday about 11 and it was crowded. We still really enjoyed our meal. I had the french toast combo and my husband had the Belgian waffle combo. A bit too much food, but still wonderful.

Girardi's Osteria

Reviewed By Sabina K - Longwood, Florida

We had such hopes for the place after reading the reviews. There isn’t a huge selection for Italian food in Edmonds. The place was packed so we sat on the heated outside tables. Unless you enjoy water dripping on your head from the overhang and banging your knees on the table I don’t recommend it.

I ordered the Caprese salad. The tomatoes were barely pink and cut by a 2 year old. I ordered the piccata. Besides the fact there was zero lemon flavor, they didn’t cook off the alcohol from the wine. My husband had the s squid ink pasta. Basically black pasta in oil. Oh and I asked if I could have veggies instead of the pasta and was told I wasn’t allowed to substitute on the happy hour menu.

On top the poor quality food our server was bad. In first 20 minutes we finally got drinks ordered and only once did he stop to refill water. Needless to say $150 not well spent. If you are a foodie stay far away from this place!

Arnie's Restaurant & Bar - Edmonds

Reviewed By BosqueBoy56 - Amherst, VA

I reviewed Arnies's back in 2015 and my opinion hasn't changed. This is the place to eat in Edmonds if you are a seafoodie. My daughter and I decided to eat a little earlier than usual and chose to go to Arnie's for Happy Hour. The prices are reduced on both food and well drinks and seating is in the bar area. The same excellent quality of the food and service was experienced once again. The fish and chips are excellent and the Baja Taco also gets very high marks. For Happy Hour...go early! This is a very popular spot.

Taqueria El Sabor

Reviewed By Jason E - Seattle, Washington

I've been 4 times now, and coming from Texas I usually dread trying Mexican food here. This place is legit. Carnitas are oh, so perfectly burned. The whole fish plate is crispy and wonderful. Rojo pork is nice and spicy, the pozole is rich and full of "things" including a foot if you want it. (I said this place is legit). Shrimp ceviche tostadas, lengua and pastor tacos. Man. I love the unlabeled salsa and pepper bar, 8 different salsas (most hot). Free radishes for snacking while you wait for them to bring the food out. No stinking chips. It's pretty bare bones, a converted Taco Bell or something from the looks of it. Counter service. No beer or margaritas, not a place you would want to hang out, it's crowded often because it's real and good (and rather cheap!).
