Cafe Mezzanotte's menu showcases the rustic flavors and cooking techniques of northern and southern Italy. We believe in preparing all of our foods, whenever possible, with locally sourced, sustainably grown or raised, and certified organic ingredients. We support GMO labeling and work dilligently to keep GMO ingredients out of the food we serve. We change our menu throughout the year to stay in sync with the season and our local farmers. Our commitment to food integrity is as much about flavor as it is about health. We believe in sustainable food systems that enhance the lives of those whom it feeds, as well as the earth from where it all comes. This is our home and you are our guests, so relax, restore and mangia! Buon Appetito! Kosmas and Family
I have eaten here 3 or 4 times over the past few years when in Severna Park. It’s an semi-upscale restaurant by price and atmosphere. Each time I go it seems a bit more aged and run down and the service is slow and unenthusiastic. When we entered the restaurant we waited at least 5 minutes before someone showed up to greet us. Because we were going to be a party of 8 they had to put tables together for us while we waited. No problem. The restaurant had few customers (although the back room was being used for a large private group) and they pulled 2 small tables together so that we would be all squished together with 3 on each side (forcing the diners seated in the middle seats to have to balance their plates over the seam between the tables) and someone at each end that encroaches on the elbow space of the others on both sides. There were no other diners anywhere near our section so I asked if they could extend our dining space by adding another small table so that we could all fit comfortably. To me that is such a common sense expectation that a guest should not have to make a point of it. Once we were all seated, we had to wait for a server to show up. Throughout the luncheon we had to ask for everything. Can someone take our drink orders? Can we get bread? Can we have more than two menus? We lit our own candles on the table. The service was slow and our server seemed uninterested in taking care of us. Never an offer to refresh our drinks. Since there were more than 5 in the party there is an automatic 20% tip, so she wasn’t worried about that, I guess. She did not earn it. When our food arrived, we had to ask for grated cheese. Our server was compliant if we asked for something but never initiated anything that felt like customer service. I think she was really annoyed that we were bothering her. Because we had a birthday to celebrate, the server walked out with a cannole for my mother, set it down, and walked away. Not a “Happy Birthday” or anything. The rest of us sat there wondering why she didn’t ask if any of us would like to order dessert. We called her back and asked for the dessert menu. She brought us two of them. Remember, the restaurant was practically empty and we were a party of eight. I really wanted to speak up but didn’t want to make a poor situation even worse. We ordered and my sister ordered coffee as well. When she got it she had to turn it back because she said it tasted awful, like it had been sitting all day. The server finally brought her a fresh cup. Now, about the food. For the most part it was fine. We had a variety of pastas, salad and soup, although my husband’s spaghetti with meat sauce was not good. Very salty and he could not finish it. The soups were good, as were the desserts. There is one more area of complaint. The ladies room lacked toilet paper in the handicapped stall and had no purse hook inside either stall. I hate having to set my purse on a bathroom floor. And the floor made sticky sounds when you walked on it. This whole restaurant needs a makeover or freshening or a decorating update. Wash, clean, paint, update..it just needs a manager or owner who cares enough to make this restaurant what it should be. And the staff needs training on how to provide competent, efficient and pleasant customer service. I do not expect to return to Cafe Mezzanote. We will find a new place our future family dinners.

For the coffee lover, there is no place better than this local shop. Stop in for coffee or I usually get the RoundBay blueberry smoothie with protein powder. Delicious and filling.
The added appeal is the location! Grab your drink and go out the back door. Outside are tables along the Baltimore Annapolis bike trail.
This is a wonderful spot to catch up with friends or meet a client.

Had lunch at The Point yesterday. The ambiance is casual. The view is great - overlooks the Magothy River from the full glass windows on two sides. The Christmas decorations were festive but not overwhelming. The food included some expected standards such as fish and chips, burgers, crab cakes; standards with a twist (e.g. cole slaw with blue cheese); and some wonderful dishes such as a chicken and sausage cassoulet as well as chicken biscuits and gravy. Portions were very large. All of the food looked and tasted as if it had been prepared on the premises. A delightful experience... Plan to return again soon. Note that the parking lot is difficult to negotiate if you have disabilities. There are a few parking spaces designated for the disabled on a small lower lot that is near the entrance. You really need to look hard for the lot and spaces.

The ice cream is always fresh and the flavors change daily. There are always the most unique creations that always hit the spot or answer the sweet tooth craving. Next time you want an exceptional ice cream cake this is the best place to go. The staff are always friendly and you can taste as many samples as you want.

The first choice for last minute party treats, the caffeine jolt that gets you going in the morning or the meeting place for friends to share news or gossip, the Donut Shack is a community favorite. The donuts (and donut holes) are super and the coffee always hot and fresh. However if you are looking for a diet friendly treat it may not be your first choice!

We recently stopped in to pick up some dessert to take to a neighbor's home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. Lovely, delicious selections, friendly staff, and reasonable prices means that we will be regulars. I'm already brainstorming on a cake for my sons birthday...that's five months away. They also serve breakfast and lunch, and as soon as I have a chance, I'd like to try it out. I'm confident that I won't be disappointed.
Have tried:
Cupcakes
Cake pops for kids
Cannoli (yumm!)
Tiramisu (extra yum!)

USDA prime steaks, fresh locally-sourced seafood, vegetarian options, sides and more! Designed with an understated elegance by Caroline Pascal and SM+P Architects. Design features including an open kitchen and wood-fired oven provide for a casual and cozy atmosphere.
Nice to have a higher end steakhouse in Severna Park. The steaks were excellent. My wife and I had the ribeye wet rubbed Generous portions and cooked just right. Most steakhouses overcook med-rare. Pascal's did it just right!. Our ravioli was under cooked,. The waitress took it back right way and they prepared another portion for us. The service was excellent. A difference layout with the bar in the middle. Long restaurant so the intimacy of a nice steakhouse was lacking. Other than that, its a very nice restaurant with good food and service

It was $10 for a breakfast crepe and coffee. I enjoyed watching my crepe cooking right in front of my eyes as I waited. You will find the portion size to be generous and the crepe stayed hot in the wrapping. I appreciated the add-on menu and enjoyed the addition of spinach to my egg, sausage, and cheese crepe. There are small tables along the wall and the space was very, very clean. Many patrons stopped by for take out. I want to go back and try the reuben crepe!

Traditional Irish Pub and Restaurant with a menu to feature classic Irish Fare, mixed with contemporary favorites like our corned beef poppers. We also have vegetarian, and gluten free options. Our chef chooses fresh local ingredients, as well as hand cuts our steaks and fish. Our first cut corned beef is prepared in house and is a local favorite. Our pub is warm, and we have live local music Thursday thru Saturday nights, and our Sunday Brunch is award winning featuring a full buffet and $1.50 Mimosas. We get our oysters local and fresh daily and pride ourselves on being a local oyster recovery station and certified green restaurant.
Incredible! Had the $15.99 brunch and the $1.50 mimosas! Staff was welcoming and generous. The gentleman at the door greeted us with a smile and helped us take a group picture. Our server, Austin, was amazing! Super attentive and nice. Food was great and the atmosphere was fun! Can't wait to be back!
