We visited Zotz for a light lunch while wandering the streets of Santa Rosa de Copan. Good interior; nice lighting and the walls covered with farmed memorabilia, from Elvis album covers to Honduran historical items. They put some effort into it. Friendly atmosphere, comfy feel.
Interesting menu, but we settled for an appetizer platter; the server helpfully steered us a way from the large one to the regular, which was more than enough for two at $9.50 - onion rings, bbq chicken, deep-fried chicken wings, celery and dip and more. It was good, and after six months in Honduras a little deep-fried was welcome. Beer is $1.75.
We'd go back to try more on the menu. (There was a dance floor DJ booth; looked like things might be lively at night.)

Weekend Pizza has been a Santa Rosa staple for than a decade. The food is excellent in quality. The servers are very nice and efficient. The menu consists of various pizzas, calizone, and sandwiches. All of the bread is baked onsite and are personal recipes of the owner's wife. The only drawback is the price. It is well above the average pricing for restaurant food in Santa Rosa.

I had my first meal in the El Rodeo in 1993. It was in the same location, but the building has been remolded and enlarged a few time since then. However, the food is still just as flavorful and as plentiful as twenty years ago.
It is the fresh, non-frozen beef dishes that El Rodeo is known for. The Lomo al Caballo, grilled lean beef topped with fried eggs and a tomato/green pepper ranchero salsa is a house specialty. It is my favorite. The service is a bit above average. The prices are a bit more expensive than average, but not too much so. It is a good place to have a beer or a drink, a meal, and to enjoy a couple of hours with friends. The live music on Fridays and Saturday varies from international pop to the typical ranchero. Arrive after 7pm to best enjoy the atmosphere. Two blocks from the central park.
Credit cards accepted. Full bar. Sit closer to the windows as the interior can warm up quite a bit.

Get a taste of some outstanding coffee. The owners have their own coffee farm and produce the coffee they serve at the shop, Great pastries, plus some good selections of light foods. I had an Italian Pita with chicken that was just what I needed! The coffee is superb! They also have a selection of candles and hand carved handicrafts. A nice selection of wines is available. This is a great place to sit down, relax, catch up with your emails, update your travel diary, or have a chat with your buddies.

We went with a group and pre-ordered a set menu. All was good, from the frozen lemonade through the plantain appetizers, to the barbecued chicken and beef. The beef was a bit dry, but the chicken was perfect.
We ate upstairs among the vines. Service was prompt.

Excellent coffee! The macchiato was exquisite and the barista was very helpful (gave us detailed directions to a delish place for lunch) and seriously knew how to pull an espresso. I highly recommend this place. I'd go every day if I could!

We are a family business dedicated over 30 years to the production of coffee and four years ago we started with Rural Café Six Valles a place where you can enjoy our delicious coffee either cold or hot drink , breakfast, lunch, dinner , homemade soups , homemade bread , candy , chicken tamales , coffee in pound either ground or whole bean . You can appreciate the beautiful view of the Mountains and coffee plantations while consuming any of our products
This is a lovely coffee farm and restaurant. My friends and I toured the farm and had lunch there last February while doing volunteer work in Santa Rosa de Copán. Great home-cooked typical food and attentive service. They also sell clay pots and dishes made in La Campa and the señora gave us an explanation on how to cure them (which unfortunately I no longer remember.)

Jireth comes in two separate versions, one on each side of the street. Both are recently renovated and are modern, airy and agreeable - the outdoor patio in the cafeteria is very nice and away from the street noise. The menu comprises light dishes mainly, but also some that are more filling. Alle we tried were good. For those with a sweet tooth, Jireth is a must - the pastries and cakes are really excellent! For the more serious diner, the fact that Jireth still is awaiting municipal licence to serve alcohol may be a drawback. Apart from that, - and a rather basic restroom in the cafeteria, - definitely a place to visit - maybe more than once! - while in Sta. Rosa.

This sports bar actually has a theme to it with matching decor.
My wife and I had lunch there. The house specialities are Mexican style taco, gringa, and gorditas - authentic Mexican style, not Tex-mex or Taco Bell. Several different flavors of sauces are offered to spice up your meal. Other sandwiches and a few plate meals are also offered. There is a full bar available. The dining area is large and has several large TVs scattered around so that every seat has a good view of what is showing. Service was excellent for Honduran standards.
Live music and Concerts are also regularly featured on weekends.
