When location, ambience, service and food quality combine then superlatives are easy to find. In rural Torret, this Menorca farmhouse plays host to discerning diners who understand that you get what you pay for.
In its beautiful garden the tables are well spread out and the small but perfectly formed menu means paying 38 Euros for a three course meal. In addition you get delicious canapés and chocolate brownies thrown in.
The food presentation is as faultless as it is creative and makes for a dining experience that few Michelin star restaurants could provide. My starter was wild mushroom risotto with duck and a quails egg; main course was a magnificent hake and dessert a large single profiterole with Chantilly, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
I'm lucky to dine out frequently all over the world and if pushed to choose one place to eat: Pan Y Vino would win every time.

A truly fabulous restaurant! The taster menu is spectacular and the restaurant was happy to adapt it for one vegetarian diner (that was me and the alternative options were incredible!) You truly get what you pay for. Amazing food, fantastic staff, excellent wine recommendations. A brilliant night - perfect end to our holiday.

Our annual holiday to Minorca and a visit to La Venta is a must. Welcoming, easy-going, courtyard-dining .....full attention from staff, good choice of local wines. Pork secret for me (tasty fillet of port with all the trimmings) and pulled pork for my wife (juicy pork with crackling) ...empty plates for both.
Always welcoming and friendly

Strolled over from S'Algar with our 10 month old, based on positive TA reviews. We were not disappointed. Lovely Terrace, fab views, excellent food, friendly service. Would definitely recommend and will return before the week is out.

For starters I had the lovely Octopus with almond cream which was a great combination, followed by the Iberico Secreto belleto pork which was perfectly cooked. Desert was a sumptuous hazelnut creme with passion fruit topper, perfect finish! The setting outside is lovely but I think you miss some of the unique quirkiness hidden in the interior, so pop your head in to see the quirky side of this great restaurant.

Went last night and enjoyed a cocktail in the garden before being shown to our table in the covered outside restaurant. Chilled vibe and nice setting. Shared an excellent mozzarella and tomato starter with wood grilled bread, both of which were huge portions. One steak and one pork both with chips. Both very good but not quite served together which seems to be a bit of a feature here and understandable for large tables but a bit odd for party of two. Nice creamy pannacota for pud. Two jugs of sangria and water and bill 118 euros for a nice leisurely meal a bit different to the norm. Would recommend.

My husband and I went here 4 nights in a row. We shared a range of dishes and would not fault any of them. Such delicious food. Our favourites were the prawn skewers, artichokes, the cod and Russian salad. Most importantly you need to leave room for the best carrot cake we had ever eaten for dessert.
No where else we ate came close to this standard and it was such a bargain compared to the tourist traps. Highly recommend!!! But suggest you book.

One of the best restaurants on the island. We had the dinner tasting menu which was excellent. Great service and value in a wonderful location. Do not miss this treat if you are in the area

Friend told my daughter we should eat here. Took the morning tour with guide Alicia. Informative, educated, and funny. Family owned and run since 1980. Great walk and wine tasting. They were picking the Merlot that day as a bonus. BUT ...
we went to eat and what a treat.... BOOK early ... this is not to be missed. ALL the staff were so nice and friendly. Great setting .... Do not miss the Croquetas ... awesome ... but awesome. everything we had was great. My favourite the Sparkling white .. but all wines very nice ... TANKA 12 take home and keep for a year. 5 star visit. Muchas Gracias

A lovely resturant with delicious food and great service. We started with the foccacia and vitello tonnato, followed by pizza (super thin and crispy crust) and pasta. Everything was amazing! The best way to do it is to order some different dishes and share as they're brought to the table (they have a small kitchen, so it's difficult to have dishes for everyone at the table ready at the same time). I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely go back if I ever return to Menorca!
