We recently spent 3 weeks traveling through Argentina, we had many great meals, but this one was hands down the best, great atmosphere, the best waiter, best wine, by far the best food and a great price. Please add it to your website.
I have had dinner here several times. It´s a very reliable place for good meat. The bife de chorizo has always been perfect. The sallad buffet is very good compliment to the meat. Popular place, often very croweded. The only small complaint is the quality of the wine by glass. Most of the times it is very good but on some occasions has it been rather poor.

Great and warm environment/ambience and a delicious sorting of tapas plus a couple of hot dishes. It indeed provides for an very good meal.

We were at the Hilton and the desk manager Rodolfo recommended this restaurant. The steak and service was excellent and would not hesitate to return. The restaurant is a short walk from the Hilton.
The location on the map is incorrect as the old location is shown along with the pictures. The location is at the intersection of Las Piedras and Prospero Mena. The phone is 4328050/4240133 according to the business card.

Restaurante Parrilla tipo Espeto Corrido
This is a wonderful place to eat an evening meal.
The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and fast, the food is great, I really enjoyed myself. and the price was great.
I had a bife de lomo (filet mignon), pure de papas (mashed potatoes), and a great Malbec.
Los Negros is centrally located only a short taxi rides from most downtown hotels.
Next time I am in Tucuman, I will be back, and suggest it to any friends visiting the ares.

The El Portal is just off of Plaza Independencia in the center of Tucuman. The interior is very rustic with an open kitchen and the food was very good. The short menu had empanadas and locro (corn stew) and beer and wine. Also the prices were very reasonable.

Yes it's popular, and the service is friendly, but the food is mediocre chain restaurant food. The pasta was over done, the pesto was a white cream sauce, the porcini (hongos) was full of sand, and the chicken was dry chunks on a stick. The meatballs were deep fried and tasteless. On top of this, they charge more for cover charges and beer than other restaurants.
There are WAY better restaurants in the area. If you like to go to loud crowded places just because everyone else does, this is the place for you. Those familiar with standard chain restaurants food in the US like that of Applebee's/Olive Garden, and are looking for that experience, this is the place to go. However, if tasty food and good value is important, go elsewhere.

Just got there yesterday during Art Basel preparation.. Already full of people around! The place is really nice and modern. Service was excellent! Food was great and tasty. Really good for meat eater. Not really friendly for vegetarian, but the few dishes were excellent!

Great service, even for us who had a difficult time speaking with the waiter. He was very patient and understanding.
Food was actually really good. We had the sorrentino pasta, which was way better than Il Postino, for half the price. The tamal was moist, with soft cornmeal and pork. The beef filet was cooked well done, so it came out a bit tough. But it was still edible nonetheless.
Most meat and entree dishes were in the mid to low hundreds, which isn't bad at all.
They have decent wine for cheap prices. We had a bottle of Malbec for 90 pesos!
