Visited Anno Domini twice while we were in San Agustin. First to celebrate Valentines night, and the second for our last night before flying home.
Upmarket restaurant, despite it's location in a shopping mall. Good service, good food, and good wine. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and we were quite satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the stroganoff.
Would repeat if we were back in San Agustin.

My partner and I ate here 3 times during our 7 night stay. It is not budget; mains range from €15-€20 and cheapest bottle of red was €20.
Service is not the quickest but the food all appears to be freshly cooked by the one lady in the Terrace kitchen, and there is only one waitress who was always pleasant and friendly, if at times a little harassed!
Our first night we arrived late so it was for convenience but we were blown away by the quality of the two meatball dishes we chose (these are not always fully available, the waitress will tell you what is on offer when she gives you the menu).
So we went back again and had a sumptuously tender beef steak in hot garlic butter and gorgeous beef stroganoff followed by a pumpkin seed parfait 'of the day' and homemade apple strudel.
That was soooo good we decided to take a final trip on our last night. We could see the Terrace from our balcony and were perturbed to see the place filling up!
Consequently, we had to sit at the bar for 30 minutes for a table but, as expected, it was very much worth it. I enjoyed a beef stuffed cabbage roll in fresh and creamy herb sauce, while my partner had beef in gorgonzola sauce.
Don't come here if desserts are your 'thing' as they're not terribly varied. Having said that, the homemade apple strudel was yummy and the chocolate mousse divine!
One final note - please, please, please don't waste your visit on a bloody pizza! I doubt they are that impressive and the other mains are just too good to miss!

Café Rokoko is a café with a scandinavian touch. We serve coffee, baguettes, salads, smoothies, cookies & cakes but also beers, wine and champagne. We have free WiFi for our guests and here you can sit down and relax, daytime or in the evening.OPENING HOURS SUMMER 2013; MON-SAT 10-21 SUN closed.
We happened upon this little gem in search of great coffee and we were not disappointed. We ended up also enjoying some absolutely delicious cakes, and though we didn’t eat anything else, it looked fabulous and received only compliments from those surrounding us. The boys give a truly magnificent service and we will absolutely be visiting again when we return to GC later in the year. Mucho amor hombres xx

Welcome to "GREEK TAVERNA" We would like to express our appreciation to our patrons and thank them for the years of support and of course we equally thank those of you that are here for the first time. A few words about our establishments: Achieving reputable status and the quality that we are famous for was not easy.We were forced to import our own wide selection of Greek products, seek, the finest available on the island and combine them with our cuisine for a final result of authentic quality.Whether it be from wines, meats, vegetables to sald shrimps, herbs or spices. Our meals are prepared and cooked upon request in order to ensure premium quality and as the wise words said: "quality takes time". We hope you enjoy yourselves. Feel free to ask for any assistance. Thank you.Greek Taverna.
First we had to pick a place, which is important as the restaurant seems to have 3 areas: outside, a half-open inside option and finally an inside option with no wind. The other options are probably great in other seasons but we went for the latter as it was a windy February evening. I actually liked the atmosphere there with lots of glass.
We had no starter so immediately went for a main dish. I chose a gyros plate and my companion chose the souvlaki. They were both excellent Greek dishes, I can recommend them both. For dessert I had the chocolate cake which was good as well.
Would definitely visit again if we are on the island.

We invite you to our Ristorante Piccola Italia where you can have an unforgettable Italian experience: Fresh home-made pasta, seafood, crustacean and fresh fish, Ossobuco, lamb, board, are the typical plate that you can find in our menu. Our pizza is thin and crispy. You can also ask any of our dishes GLUTEN-FREE. Free home-delivery in the area of San Agustin, Gran Canaria
I ate here three times during my trip (2 dinners, 1 lunch) with different starters and entrees each time, and everything I had was terrific. Service was also very friendly and helpful and it was became an anchor for an option which was excellent. The pasta was all very well prepared and the starters were also very fresh and homemade. In a place where you find so many Italian options, this one stands out for sure.

We are a tapas restaurant bar ideally located within the heart of the Yumbo Centre in Playa del Inglés (Gran Canaria) and aim to offer an imaginative mix of quality Spanish and international tapas and a balanced selection of Spanish wines at competitive prices. We look forward to seeing you!
Came here on our last holiday having been sent on a recommendation and booked twice for this holiday. Tucked away amongst large restaurants this small tapas restaurant is once again high in service with some great tapas dishes and specials daily. A definite visit if in the area but booking is wise. Keep up the good work !!

We offer top Canarian cuisine with oriental touches and seasonal products. Our restaurant is a small, fresh and modern place with a vibrant changing seasonal menu paying great attention to details. We also highlight our great balanced wine list which includes representation of all designations of origin Spanish.
We had a reservation but weren’t really noticed when we arrived and felt a bit lost for a while. But after we were guided to our table, we really liked the atmosphere and overall surroundings.
First we ordered drinks, a versions of mojito and caipirinha. Both, but especially the caipirinha, were really too sweet to enjoy, we could not finish them during the whole stay. We had to leave them half full at the table when we left.
For food, we were recommended to order three courses for two, which we did. Our order contained a ceviche, strawberry salad and lamb tacos.
Ceviche was good and nicely balanced, though nothing special to make it stand out. The salad had really nice strawberries, especially considering the season, but it was over-sweet with palm syrup. It was not an accident, but seemingly meant to be. When we mentioned it, we got explanations instead of consent. Tacos were very plain and lacked any twist the menu promised to make them special. The three course weren’t very much for a two, so if you’re hungry, we’d advice you to consider more. We also ordered some water, which we never got.
Being quite disappointed to so many things we did not dare to try the dessert, but settled for a coffee, which was average.
So we left with mixed feelings and even a bit hungry. It felt like a good try but no success. For the price you really should get something better. Probably we won’t go back and won’t recommend this to our friends. Sorry.

A local bar and restaurant catering to locals and tourists alike. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in an informal friendly atmosphere and offer a full bar and Italian coffee. Our dish of the day is always popular. We specialise in south American beef. Please note we are closed in May for annual holidays.
After many visits this is still the only place I will eat. Fresh, home cooked food, local produce and herbs grown on the bars Terrace. Always a warm friendly welcome and the lovely waitress makes first class cocktails. Nothing is too much trouble. I couldn't recommend more highly, well worth a visit.
Thank you so very much Jorge, Lee and Christina.
