Very friendly restaurant. Chef comes to the table and presents the meat before he cooks it. The grill/kitchen is behind a glass panel so you can see him cook the meal to perfection.

I was lucky to eat here. This was really the best culinary experience in France until now. The food was delicious, the service and presentation was perfect.
I will for sure come again.
REALLY RECOMMEND.
As an advice, do book in advance if you want to have lunch. Place is always fully booked.

Our group was divided by the experience -some of us were slightly disappointed by the portion sizes as they still felt hungry after a beer, a galette, a crepe and coffee. However, given the prices of the dishes, it's not surprising that the portions were on the smallish side. I guess the idea is to order multiple galettes/crepes according to your hunger?
At any rate, there was no dispute on one point, the quality of the buckwheat galettes and the froment crepes were really good. We loved how it was cooked to buttery lacey perfection, some parts crisp and some parts soft and fluffy. Delicious!
Tiny restaurant so ring and book in advance. Not practical for those in wheelchairs. Service friendly and accommodating. Good variety of beers.

Stayed at the Kyriad Hotel nearby when driving from the UK to Portugal. The restaurant was recommended by reception staff at the hotel and proved to be excellent. The price was not outrageous (€45 for two with wine) for good quality food, using home-grown ingredients and nice extra touches, for example, a bowl of cold tomato soup, gazpacho style as an 'amuse bouche' and a discount because we were staying at the Kyriad.

This restaurant is located right on the middle of the 'Motor-mile' in Nantes and is surrounded by car dealerships. The building has certainly seen better days and first impressions are certainly not great. However......
We attended for a business lunch and were made very welcome. The set menu appeared good value at 25 euro and I opted for Fois Gras followed by Black Angus Fillet. Both dishes where presented impeccably and were delicious. Couldn't find fault with the service or the food.

I may say many words and trying to get a proper vocabulary will just only make it empty.
As my plate was.
But not a smile left on my face many hours later.
Very young crew, speaking English ( !!! ), but most of all just a dream fish, salat , Deserts and cheese...
and all affordable with a great, great service on board ;)

We had a lovely meal here when staying at a nearby hotel on our way driving south. Although in an industrial estate this was set back from the road and they have made a pretty garden which we sat out in to eat. The waiting staff were pleasant and attentive and the food thoughtfully cooked and presented. I had my favourite dessert, isle flotant and it didn't disappoint. Really recommend this restaurant if you happen to be staying round there.

My parents live close.
I have been visiting this place many times. I went again today. it is one of the best value for money I know. Today for example four people with a menu as follows
Lobster as appetizer
Turbot as main course or sweetbread
Very refreshing and original Deserts with strawberries.
An excellent bottle of Chinon
Coffee plus a drink before lunch ,plus little extras appetizer before ,little cookies after.
The service is excellent.
All this for around 240 euros for four.
An excellent family owned restaurant.

We decided to see why this restaurant had such a high rating for a hole in the wall. Getting downtown by car is a huge pain; recommend taking the tram instead. Anatolia only has 10-12 tables but very friendly service and tasty Turkish cuisine. Warning - very little English spoken by anyone there.

One of my best meals in this 10 day tour in the region. Three courses and wine. Each course was imaginative and full of the flavours of fresh ingredients. The bill was less than I paid for more traditional, more predictable cuisine. Young talent at work. Will go far! Un grand merci pour cette belle experience culinaire!
