You would expect quality coffee, cocktails and food like this in Denver or Seattle but we are so thrilled it's here! The space is amazing and is only trumped by the service. Make the trip, you won't be disappointed.

Home town cafe. this cafe is down town. the food will take you back to the 50's and 60's. we had the noon special - meatloaf. it came with corn, warm dinner roll and mashed potatoes and gravy.
they have a unique menu. some of the items include pork chili, BQC ( black beans, quinoa, and chicken serves with a cilantro lime vinaigrette.) Salad, they do have the standard hamburgers & steaks. price is very reasonable. service is great, room is super clean, with the exception of the gray carpet which has some stains. we will be going again soon.

Stopped in St Francis on our way across Kansas to Colorado. Not know what was in town, we headed to the downtown for lunch. We came across the Diamond R and sat down at the lunch counter and order burgers & ice cold beers. The staff was very friendly and the burgers were great. Nothing better than eating local and supporting the smaller restaurants.

Who would think that in a small town in extreme NW Kansas I would find the best prime rib I ever ate. The owner's secret is his method of wet-smoking. The smoke is infused throughout the meat, not just on the edges. Perfect. The 6 oz. portion [$12.95] was fine for my big appetite. Dinner includes small salad bar. My son had a great hamburger, great fries. What a find!

This place is behind the office of the Dusty Farmer hotel. It's a very very strange comparison between the hotel and the pub. The food was really good. The wait staff were very friendly and generally a good bar food place.

A typical Subway with fresh ingredients. Service was good and friendly. This Subway is located inside a gas station and there was also a small restaurant. It is right alongside Highway 36, but a little hard to see because their sign does not standout.

once in a while, while traveling, you just want to eat at a place you know you can depend on. pizza hut fills the bill for us. service is always friendly and courteous, and the quality of food is always top-notch. they were very busy when we stepped in but it wasn't a long wait for a table for 2. it seemed incredibly hot in the restaurant, i would suspect the ovens were working overtime and the crowd was large. probably a situation due to a very nice day after the heat in the building was turned on. always good pizza and lots of varieties to choose from.

We had breakfast in the café [NOT the Subway, also in same bldg.]. Excellent traditional American items, nice hashbrowns. Walked from adjacent Homesteader Motel on their recommendation. Not disappointed.

This place apparently sells a lot of Mexican food, but the Somalia and burrito we had tonight was not what we expected. The beans tasted sour and I had two bites of crust before I had any meat/beans. Probably won't return.

Being a chain restaurant, it is just like any other pizza hut. I have been there several times, but the only thing I have to complain about was when the significant other of one of the workers came to spend the afternoon, during operating hours, and they stood in the lobby making out for hours. The other workers yelled at them, but didn't do anything more. But that only happened once to me, and their food is still good just like you would expect from Pizza Hut.
