Well what a surprise to find such a genuine Greek restaurant serving such great food and wine in wonderful surroundings. We were not quite the first to arrive but certainly the last to leave as we enjoyed the company of our host and complementary ouzo. We will return. PS. If you like Italian he also runs such a restaurant above. Wonderful!

We stayed locally for four nights and having asked where was the best place to eat we were told Christy's, 5 minutes from where we were staying. True enough, a great place to eat. Terrific fish and seafood menu and great staff. We never went anywhere else during our stay !

A Restaurant offering Seafood, Grill & Continental Dishes with a view from the top floor of the Port . We pride ourselves on offering good food & service.
Went for lunch with friends - impressed by the view over the fishing boats in the harbour - Service was efficient and attentive. I ordered a small platter of crumbed deep fried prawns, fish nuggets and calamari - pleasant eating but a little colourless and bland. Everyone seemed to enjoy the experience - we hoped to see a seal cavorting in the water which they often do, but not on our visit. Enjoyed seeing the waves breaking over the harbour wall.

We had a meal while staying in the resort. Some friends ordered seafood and others steak and burgers. I think the calamari is the one to go for. We also saw platters of seafood going out that looked really good. Nice friendly staff as well.

Garden setting with indoor and outdoor Seating
This is a return visit for us. Friday buffet lunch - a healthy variety of fresh vegetables, lamb neck stew, yellowfin tuna, beef lasagne and lentil lasagne, chicken curry. Great iced coffee. Cay is very friendly and is the perfect host. Lovely waitress. Lovely ambiance.

Great view of the canals, clean, food is good, pricing a little high but worth it. In season when the tourists amass, the service can be a little slow but this is expected.

Ate in this restaurant for 2 dinners and had a bar lunch probably prepared from the same kitchen. The Links clubhouse hosted an annual St. Francis bridge tournament and the lunch and dinners were prepared by The Lighthouse. Dinners were served timeously and hot for the number of people involved. First dinner of one huge chicken drumstick and plain rice lacked flavour and imagination. Granadilla dessert pitiful. The 2nd dinner was really good - fish and risotto followed by a lemon dessert. Had a good hamburger and chips in the bar. Look forward to next time.

A small, well-run family restaurant, popular with both locals and tourists. The restaurant offers delicious authentic Greek cuisine in a quaint taverna setting. Do book in advance, and come hungry, as the variety and quality of food on offer is excellent. The service was good in spite of the restaurant being packed to capacity. Definitely worth a visit!

Cozy restaurant with lovely, freshly prepared home cooked meals. We have a lovely garden setting, kids play area and a family friendly bar where all are welcome.
We were hunting for a lunch place and after finding many establishment closed, we took a chance at the Olive Tree.
Its casual atmosphere and laid back appearance was matched by surprisingly very good food. Hake and chips were really satisfying and the service friendly and expeditious.

St Francis Brewing Co is a brewery with a brewpub and grill house menu. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere inside and a beer garden under a beautiful Cape Fig tree.
I think you can guess from my heading that this is a fairly average place to eat.
The service was good and the waitress was excellent.
Unfortunately that’s where the enjoyment stopped
The portions were miserly and the veggies cooked to a mush!!
It was our first day of a five day stay in St Francis and we didn’t choose to go back again
My wife and brother both said the beer was excellent but I’d avoid eating here if I was you
I did discuss the problem with the waiter and the owner but neither did anything about our grumbles
Avoid unless for a beer
