The service is fine if a little disengaged. The premises are fashionable enough but not OTT. We had four lunch items (jacket potato, quiche, salad, grilled vegetable Sandwich, drinks) for around 17BD. Portions and food quality excellent, not much left on plates. If you are hungry and looking for a reasonable choice and value you will not go far wrong here..

Le Chocolat has many branches in Bahrain. The ones I visit are those in Saar and Busaiteen.
My last visit to Busaiteen's branch was last week. I was there with my sister for lunch and a birthday treat following that. It was a lovely afternoon.
The place is really nice and calming- the aesthetics of the place are really nice and I like the comfy choice of colours. The interior is spot on: in my opinion, every tiny detail counts, and that is what they simply do. They keep is simple but elegant and expensive at the same time. I think this is characteristic of this restaurant.
As for the menu, it is well varied and has lots of options. Food is good but is not the best. I had breakfast here before too. I would recommend you come for dessert. Their cakes are really popular and they are really good. Although I personally think Lilou's cakes taste better, a lot of my friends like this one better and we usually go for them as they are really "photogenic" lol.
Service was up to standards and a good experience overall. Will I come again? I usually do every now and then, so a definite yes.

We visited Bushido for the first time and were very impressed. We were a family of two adults and a 10 and 12 year old.
Reception are very quick to respond to questions via email and are extremely polite.
The food in the restaurant was presented beautifully and was very flavoursome. The drinks menu was varied and had a different selection of cocktails.
The decor inside and outside is fabulous, it was a great environment to eat in.
The only negative was that all of us were very cold, the AC was set rather low.
We would certainly visit this restaurant again.

The food is great! The specials are very creative and trendy. Always busy during special celebrations throughout the year. The atmosphere is much more lovely during the day. They also have delicious desserts at their bakery.Thank you for your kind words, we look forward to your next visit

We have been there for lunch this weekend, and ordered the gnocchi, and a pizza.
The pizza and gnocchi pasta were good although the I believe they are over priced considering its a simple casual dining shop, with not much of an atmosphere. You can go to other popular cafes (cant mention the name to be able to post this) and you would find better dishes, nice food presentation, and atmosphere for the same or lower price.
When I dine there, its mainly for convenience since its closer to home.

Stepping into Villa Mamas immediately makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a home from home with the warm décor and ambiance greeting you at the door. The atmosphere is always buzzing and the friendly staff embraces and welcome you with warm Arabian hospitality. Villa Mamas aims to please with every mouthwatering dish that bursts with flavor. ‘Feed your senses’ is the slogan that runs true with every dish on the menu. The fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices that perfectly complement the dishes ranging from meat, fish, chicken and vegetarian always impress plus the wide range of Vegan and Gluten free options. Villa Mamas celebrates Gulf Countries Middle Eastern food with Roaya Saleh’s twist.
For starters this is restaurant definitely does not serve Bahraini food. Out of the entire menu, I'd say 5% of it contains Bahraini (or Khaleeji) food. Other than the Hammour and Mathroobo, the rest of the menu seems Persian food and other international dishes.
On to the review. I've heard about this restaurant A LOT and it was hyped up like I haven't had a good meal until I've tried this restaurant. So going in we ordered a lot of food to experience a bit of everything. Out of all the appetizers we ordered, which there was 7 different ones, the only one that I though were delicious and something special were the Date Salad and the Warak Enab. The rest such as the eggplant explosion, kofta, and even the Mathrooba which the Chef at the restaurant made it sound like a bite from heaven was very very underwhelming.
For the main courses we had the Lamb Shank, Mahicheh, and Chicken Tahchin. They were all pretty good, especially the Mahicheh (which is a Persian version of lamb shank).
The ambiance and service from the staff were also pretty nice. However the reason this place gets 3 stars from me is due to the underwhelming appetizers, and although the main courses were pretty decent but for the prices charged for the dishes it is definitely not worth it.

Great atmosphere, enjoyed the salsa themed music while smoking one of the best shish's in the country! I would surely go again. Bonfire has done a great job bringing the best of the American traditional, Hawaiian type food to the country. Definitely my new chill spot! #BonfireBahrain

A Bahraini local traditional food served in unique atmosphere and distinguished customer service. Please follow on Instagram: emmawash_bh Opening time: 5:30 am to 1:00 pm for breakfast/brunch, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm for Dinner
Visited this restaurant today morning with family. The restaurant serves traditional local Bahrain’s breakfast.
Speciality of the restaurant is the customers can write or paint the restaurant walls. Restaurant supplies marker pens too. This is in addition to excellent breakfast.
Sitting arrangement consists of regular tables on ground floor and rugs laid down on floors on first floor.
The menu is small and limited. Service excellent with smiling faces. Noted that clientele was multinational. Eggs play prominent role in the breakfast here. Taste very good.
Recommend this joint for a total different experience

This restaurant is suitable for those of you looking for a quiet afternoon after work.
I visited this restaurant with two of my friends to try out its lunch and for me to able to review it here on TripAdvisor. We had an enjoyable experience overall.
Food was good - I personally liked their Lebanese mezzah and their grills. Well cooked and well presented.
The place is small, but it did not bother me as it was not crowded during our visit. Quiet decor and lovely Fairuz music at the background. To me it's never a Lebanese restaurant without Fairuz singing in the background so we can say this place got a thumbs-up.
We tried it out for lunch, but I had been told that its breakfast is as quite as good.
It was not expensive too. We paid BD 16 for 4 people (an average of BD 4) for 2 appetizers, three main courses, and drinks. For a broke person like me I was thrilled!
Would I come back again? Yes maybe. Would I recommend it to travelers? I would say there are better restaurants in the area, but it deserves a shot.
