I had not eaten here for several months. Met an old friend here for lunch to catch up. We arrived around 11:30 before the usual lunch rush, but it never seemed to get crowded as it does sometimes. I ordered the lunch size pizza with a salad and drink and she ordered a lunch size pizza and bread sticks with cheese dip. Everything was brought to our booth in a timely manner and the pizza was baked just right! Love their delight pizza toppings and blue cheese salad dressing with huge chunks of blue cheese! Think I may order one today!!

This DQ use to be so good but now the ice cream lacks flavor and the serving sizes are small when compared to other DQ'S. It is overpriced and prepare to wait forever for your order.

We have eaten here before, it was once a Red Apple, but has it ever changed. The interior décor is all redone, and the menu has been expanded. The variety of dishes is quite tempting, with something for every palate and dining situation. The servings are quite substantial, and I don’t think many of the customers ever need to ask for a second helping.
The food quality is really good. This is after all the cornfields and oilfields, of SE Illinois, not Broadway or State Street, but given the variety on the menu the food is still well presented and prepared. For example we had green beans as a side, and they may not have been farm fresh crisp, but neither were they steam table morbid.
A place for serious consideration if you are wondering the Wabash Valley.

We were in Robinson for a graduation party, and our group (15 people?) decided to go to Monical's afterwards. It was a good experience! No problem to handle a group this size, the staff took good care of us, the pizza was excellent (true for every Monical's I've ever been to). We were quite pleased!!!

Joes is a hometown restaurant which offers Italian fare and traditional American choices too. All of their food is good, so you can't go wrong with whatever you order. Prices are very reasonable, and they do offer daily specials. The cannelloni they added to their menu is wonderful! So happy to finally have a restaurant south of Chicago that added it to their menu!!!

I've read the review posted about MiMi's Express, and i couldn't disagree more, after clearly ordering a complicated Caramel Macchiato Frap, the staff went to great lengths to not only ensure that the drink i ordered was correct, they took the time to go over what it was, what it would look like and the process involved in making one. They showed a great deal of patience and understanding. I also understand that MiMi's Express isn't Starbucks and that to expect a Starbucks drink from a place that isn't Starbucks seems a bit silly. It's no different then expecting a Mc Donalds hamburger when you go to Burger King. Sure they are both hamburgers but do they taste the same? look the same? hardly...MiMi's Drinks are original and very tasty, if you take your time state clearly what you want, they will bend over backwards in order to give you exactly what you ask for. All in all..well done MiMi's!!! It is an experience that i plan to repeat over and over!!

The cheese burger didn't quite look like it was 1/3 lb and it was cooked well done, but it tasted good. It came as requested with no bun due to being on a low carb diet. The original buffalo sauce with the wings was spicy, but not too hot. My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich with the Uncle Rays BBQ Sauce and loved it. Good fries too. Overall a great meal for 3 under for @ $26.00

Looking for a place to get dinner and have a couple of drinks I found this place on help.
We arrived around 8:30pm, not busy at all, quiet. The bartender was prompt, made our drinks and walked away. After a bit a young lady by the name of Laura begin chatting with us, took our order and made us another drink. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and my husband got the Philly steak sandwich, which we took back to our room. I don't like lettuce. The salad would have been better with romaine. My husband was a bit disappointed in his sandwich. It is a nice little place for drinks at a cheap price. Food, I've had better.
