We saw the Billboard on I95 and checked it out on trip advisor. It was delicious with large portions. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. We will gladly return.

Ice cream is pretty good, and this is a locally owned and operated joint. Owner contributes a lot of money to the community. They will even give toddlers a free cone of ice cream. Wish we had more of these types of places.

You can have a chocolate house built, a chocolate soccer ball, and more. You can have just about anything built from chocolate. They also have lots of assorted chocolates you can select and give as a gift. The gift box is nice. There's a crepe restaurant inside the store. I haven't tried it yet, but, have heard great things about it.

Located next to Kilkenny Marina about 12 miles S.E. of Richmond Hill, GA
My husband and I came here sort of on a date night. We got here at 6:55 so 55 minutes after they opened and we were apparently the first guest. We started off with the shrimp and grits appetizer, which was very good! For entrees, I ordered the grilled scallops with cheese grits and fries. The scallops were very good and had a good flavor. You got about 10? The cheese grits were a bit bland. That dish was $18. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos. He did not enjoy his meal. There was no sauce on the tacos so he had to ask the waitress for some sour cream at least (these were about $12-$14 so we expected better). He then was chewing and a WHOLE shrimp tail stabbed him right in the gums in between his front teeth. I could tell this really disappointed him. He's not the type to make a scene so he didn't say anything to our waitress about it. All in all, I enjoyed my food but my husband was not impressed.

We were SUPER impressed with this DQ location. They offer grilled and non-grilled meals, all DQ ice cream treats and the cakes and to go ice creams. Awesome! Not your average DQ. Clean. Reasonable prices. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this DQ. Wish there was one like this near me.

Local seafood eatery on the Great Ogeechee River south of Savannah. Very Family Friendly.Very popular with the fishermen and locals. Right next to a marina. Eating areas inside and out as well as a bar area inside.
We camped at nearby Fort McCallister State Park last year at Christmas and were back again this year. We looked forward to returning to Fish Tales, and we were not disappointed. Friends recommended I try this restaurant. I went at night. Not overcrowded. Buffet was a bit small but food was tasty. I had mashed potatoes, cabbage, macaroni and cheese, green beans, fried pork chop and half/half tea. There was also a dessert table which to me had more choices than the buffet. I had coconut cake and carrot cake. Waitress was friendly and attentive. I plan on eating here again soon.

Military owned & operated local restaurant proud to serve locally grown products & to support Georgia’s own Breweries & Distilleries. The Local on 17 serves USDA Prime Steaks, Low Country Seafood, Southern Favorites, and a Full Bar! Stop in for great food & friendly service! We appreciate your business!
stopped in after driving for about 7 hours for early dinner, walked in, sat at the bar because we didnt see a hostess, bartender acted like we had interrupted his day, was very short, gave us lunch menus for dinner grabbed the menus back and gave us dinner menu. Finally got our drinks, ask what he recommended and he said they were a steakhouse. My friend pointed out that on their website they advertised fresh local food, with steak and seafood being the emphasis. He said well whatever is on the menu is what we have. My friend ordered the fried oyster appetizer and much to my disappointment I ordered the chicken friend streak, figured you couldnt mess it up to back. My friends oysters looked like someone had soaked them in grease before serving them and while Im not a fried oyster fan, these were without a doubt the worst I have ever tried. She ate two and push them away. My CFS showed up and it is a huge piece of meat covering the whole plate, covered in about a quart of white gravy,
The mashed potatoes were buried under the gravy and the meat, once i scrapped the gravy away and found the steak, it was cooked pretty good. As we were pushing away our plates this other couple came in, got menus and were told by bartender that they had prime rib on special that night, we just kinda looked at each other, finished our drinks, paid and walked out, Service sucked, people were unfriendly, acted like they didnt want to be there. Food was diner food at fine dining prices. Never again.

The Shrimp PoBoy sandwich is outstanding and the variety of options can offer something for anyone. I have eaten here several times over the last couple of years. The staff is friendly. One major problem is the restrooms. They need to be completely replaced from the floors and up.
