Enjoy an old-fashioned beach vacation, complete with a boardwalk, at one of Delaware's most popular resort towns. Long a traditional summer getaway for families, Rehoboth Beach is now also a favorite of gay and lesbian travelers. Serious golfers will want to test their skills at the Kings Creek Country Club, while Old Landing Golf Course offers great views of the local scenery. Along with enjoying the famous beach and strolling the boardwalk, there's also a nearby amusement park called Funland to check out.

La Fable Brasserie, located on the beach block of Rehoboth's iconic Baltimore Avenue, offers traditional French cuisine with a bohemian Parisian street cafe flair. Whether you choose to join "Fable" for an early meal or cocktail during Leve-Tot, for an intimate dinner with friends, or to enjoy a late night rendezvous at our "piano" bar, we hope for each guest to create their own dining story.
Six neighborhood friends started the New Year off with dinner at this cozy French restaurant on Baltimore Ave. While I thoroughly enjoyed my meal of Fois Gras Torchon and Bouillabaisse others had some faults with their choice. The French Onion soup was apparently served lukewarm and the croutons were rock hard. My wife enjoyed the escargot and had the roasted chicken. My sister and one other had the trout almandine with haricot vertes (string beans) and thought it was very good although overpriced and not a big enough portion. I thought La Fable compared favorably to a lot of French restaurants that are way overpriced and that have very small portion sizes. The Coquille St. Jacques (scallops) were cooked perfectly. On a previous occasion, I had passed this restaurant on my way to Clear Space Theater and noticed that they had a keyboard player. Inquiring about this, I was told they offer this entertainment on the weekends. I just wonder how well you can hear it though as the keyboard sits at the end of the small bar which is in a room off to the side of the dining area.

Open everyday year round, Kaisy's Delights(R) is about a culinary journey in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In a unique setting and ambiance, you will discover the amazing Kaisy(R) which is the quintessential dessert / breakfast / snack / lunch on the Austrian ski slopes, together with our grandma's style potato latkes , our exceptional breakfast sandwiches on the Kaiser rolls and the truly outstanding, ward-winning coffee from La Colombe.
We stopped in here for a little 'snack'. We enjoyed our ice cream and soda. However, the guy that waited on us was not quite as friendly and we felt we were more of an imposition to him. Maybe because it was 'off season' and he had things he needed to get done. Too bad because it was a cute little place. Maybe when the 'season' is in full swing he will be friendlier!

Was looking forward to eating at this farm to table restaurant. It was very average. My husband got the steak. Said it was cooked ok but very little seasoning and tasted bland. I had the salmon and polenta but the polenta was runny and the salmon was dry around the edges. The overall decor is nice and there are several dining rooms so we did not feel crowded or rushed. Service was good. They did not have bread in the breadbasket -- just pita chips.

Rehoboth has many great restaurants and the many of them have oysters on the menu. However the Henlopen Oyster House is my favorite place to go. The raw oysters are described for the neophyte and the fried oysters are perfectly breaded and fried. The sides complete the meal. The Oyster House is relatively small and doesn't take reservations so go early or late.

Four of us were walking the boardwalk in Rehobeth Beach and purchased a big pail of French fries. They were delicious - hot and crisp. Don't normally find them this good in a restaurant. The bucket was so big all four of us were able to share them.

Of the hundreds of reviews I've posted on TripAdvisor, the number of one-star reviews I've given is under ten. This time, however, it's completely warranted. I made a reservation through OpenTable (on 10/16/2017) for Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 7:30pm. When I arrived at Modern Mixture at 7:30pm, the restaurant was closed and the door locked--no sign indicating it had closed suddenly and no post to the restaurant's Facebook page or website indicating that the restaurant would be closed. I received no notification from the restaurant that my reservation would not be honored--until I arrived to find the restaurant closed with no explanation. In fact, both its Facebook page and website indicated that the restaurant would be open for normal business hours. Given that OpenTable allows restaurants to block days and times when the restaurant will be closed as well as notify customers who have reservations that there has been a change to service hours, there is absolutely no excuse for a restaurant on OpenTable to close without a courtesy notice to customers with reservations. Terrible customer service and a total waste of time this evening.

Open Year round, Just 133 steps to the Atlantic ocean. Beach side restaurant serving locally sourced seafood, produce, and meats. Coastal gastropub cuisine, extensive wine, list, handcrafted cocktails, Tap and craft beers. Happy Hour Tues. - Fri. 4pm - 7pm & Saturday 4pm -6pm. with John Flynn on Piano Wed & Friday night 5-8pm. We start with what we call our kitchens mantra from Julia Child; "You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients." Our interpretation is to not get in the way of the food, let the ingredients speak for themselves. We mix this altogether with a nice selection of handcrafted cocktails (a must these days), craft brews, and wines, throw it all together in a relaxed beach cottage atmosphere, and try our best to provide you with the friendliest service we know how. Outdoor patio dining, There you have it: Shorebreak Lodge.
My family gave me a gift card to this restaurant for a birthday meal and staff were so nice to them while purchasing. When we arrived for our reservation they knew who we were and greeted us warmly. We dined outside and had lovely wine...MoreI am thrilled you had a memorable date night at Shorebreak. We appreciate the feedback on our staff and food as we take great pride in providing the freshest ingredients and best in class service. Cheers!

Hot, big and meaty, fresh-cut Idaho potatoes are deep fried in A-1 peanut oil for an 'out-of-this-world' comfort food experience while strolling on the Rehobeth Beach boardwalk on a cold, crisp, windy November 2017 Saturday afternoon. Priceless! ;)

I always love it when you're really surprised by a restaurant. The food, ambience, service were all great; the waitstaff were all especially personable and helpful. One of the questions in this survey is whether the prices were High or not; the dinner was not cheap but it was well worth it; the food preparation, imagination, and execution all took alot of care and good staff.

We had no idea that there was live entertainment. We're waiting for our appetizers and suddenly the bartender started singing along with the pianist (keyboard). Wow, she kept serving drinks and singing; excellent multi-tasking along with a powerful voice, accompanied by a very talented pianist. ....Anyway, along with that, the food was great. We've been here a few times and have always enjoyed it.
