A wonderful friendly Historic styled restaurant and bar with a warm inviting atmosphere. Owners and staff who love what they do will ensure dining out is easy and enjoyable. Very family friendly with a playground, huge garden and plenty of toys. Also very suitable for Grandma and Grandad with smaller meal options and plenty of space. Carpet to keep the noise down. A busy restaurant 7 days per week ensures all meals are made fresh daily there is plenty of selection. All day dining so the kitchen is open no matter how early or late you wish to eat. Come on down and check out the new old decor. Showing off the history of Rangiora and the surrounds.

Located in township Rangiora, just 40 minutes North of Christchurch, this is a classic New Zealand bakery, serving a delicious variety of cakes, pies and sandwiches - perfect for a family picnic stop.Beautifully crafted breads in French, rustic ryes, sour doughs and artisan styles - created from wild yeasts and finished with cheese and bacon, Parmesan cheese or just hot with crusty tops.
This little place (recently rebuilt and bigger ) is iconic of Rangiora.
Owned & very professionally managed by the Ward family who are synonymous with all types of food catering.
The food on offer here is always fresh & there is a great variety.
Very clean tables, benches & Seating.
The staff are amazing - doesn't matter how busy they are they are always so pleasant & obliging.
I certainly vote it as the best !

Rangiora Bakery is probably the most famous bakery in New Zealand. Having won many NZ Baker of the Year titles over the years, it has opened a new food destination called "Artisan". With two floors of Seating, full bakery offer and theatre Chef Zone, Artisan promises to become an icon for food lovers all over. They have the best breakfasts in town.
I expected a bakery, instead I found all kinds of beautiful baked goods and creamy delights befitting of Harrods.
Not only is the array of bakery delights staggering but the beautiful and massive building is stunning.
We intended to buy and run but found the atmosphere so inviting that we stayed to enjoy the relaxing Seating and the children’s playground.

Stopped in for a spot of breakfast, wasn't disappointed. Was aware they serve Allpress coffee which was the deciding point, coffee was Okay- not my favourite blend but see how it appeals to people. Breakfast was a good portion size, and overall pretty good. Would be happy to stop again next time we pass through.

Like most I appreciate a good curry. A pocket full of spices hits the mark every time. Great service and amazing food whether you are dining in or takeaways. Great variety of options and they are happy to meet all dietary requests. Happy to support my local community too! Could not recommend any higher- you need to experience for yourself!

Coffee is consistently good, staff very friendly and remembered my mothers 'usual' after just a few visits. Sweets treats on offer are yummy always a good choice. Haven't eaten anything hot here yet. Our first choice for coffee in Rangiora.

Although the breakfast menu was quite limited I went for the big breakfast option at $19. It was good with quality ingredients. However the bacon was over-cooked and the hash browns seemed to be homemade which is good. The toast could have done with some butter. Coffee was great. Service was excellent. I would eat here again.

Our beautiful store in Rangiora serves the local community. Store manager Hayley and owner Murray Walsh are delighted to bring Coffee Culture to the country. We've created a comfortable and spacious store both inside and out and have a wonderful selection of snacks and desserts to accompany the best espresso coffee in Canterbury. We're open 'til late every night so if it's a quick coffee on the go or a relaxing unwind later in the day Coffee Culture Rangiora is your place. See you soon...
I went this week on a beautiful day and wanted to eat outside but I'm not going to sit where smokers are welcome. It's unacceptable that you tolerate smokers!
It's so disgusting for your other customers to have to breath and eat in the second hand smoke and it's not acceptable that people walking on the path to have to go through a cloud of smoke just because you think smoking is acceptable.
In 2017, we should know better.

Went for Sunday lunch.Cabinet food is good and fresh.Lady in front of me requested a refund after long wait for take out coffee.I enquired about a meal but lady advised that some delays were evident.
I changed to cabinet food which was good.Could go from good to great with faster service.
