This is a fun place that backs up to the Delaware River. The place has a retro feeling. It is an old- fashion ice cream parlor offering lunch and dessert. It is very popular and busy with ample parking on both sides of the building. We stopped in for ice cream and were surprised at the huge selection of ice cream desserts on the menu. We sat at a picnic table overlooking the river. Service was quick and the employees were courteous. I highly recommend this place on a hot day for a cold treat.

Got here at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday night. Not exactly a big dining-out night. Hardly anyone in the place. Server took our drink orders, brought drinks and took food order. Simple order: One burger medium WELL. Fish and chips. HOUSE salad with CAESAR dressing. Waited. Waited. Waited. People came in and were seated. More people came in and were seated. The other server, a guy, was busy and happy, chatting with customers, taking their orders. Our server, who apparently was also doubling as the hostess, finally brought my salad. Not a house salad with Caesar dressing, but a Caesar salad. The lettuce looked half rotten. There was OLIVES in it. She disappeared. We waited. And waited. Finally asked the happy guy about the salad. "No problem", he said. Took the offensive salad away. Finally, in came our server with the correct salad. She seemed perturbed. Dropped the salad on the table, said "I thought you said a Caesar salad", and walked away. We shared the salad. Waited. And waited. People who came in long after us were now getting their food. Mind you, we got there at 5:30. It was now 6:45. Finally asked the happy guy if he could find out where our food was. He left, came right back and said "it's coming up right now". Our server dragged herself in with our plates. My wife's burger was medium RARE. My fish and chips were hot, at least. Not too tasty, but bordered on probably the worst I've ever had. We needed our server. She wasn't coming back. This is not a big place. Where did she go? Finally asked the young lady who was bringing bread to the tables to please get our server. She finally came in. My wife explained the problem. Server said "I thought you said RARE not WELL DONE". Well, yeah, I can understand.....the two phrases sound very similar, right? She offered to get another one. Thinking to myself "I don't have another hour and a half to wait, honey", I told her we were in a hurry and would just share my food. I asked her to bring the check. We ate. Then waited. And waited. Finally I asked the young lady with the bread to please ask our server for our check. Server came with the check and disappeared again. We finally went to the server's station with the bill. Happy guy said cheerfully "I'll take it for you". Completed the transaction quickly while our server just kind of stood in the background watching. I did something I have not done in a very, very long time. I left no tip. My advice: Skip this place. Drive a few miles west and go to Apple Valley in Milford. You'll thank me.

We really like this place! Great food, great waitstaff, so many selections of beer and a good bar. Wide variety of food choices. Try it, you'll like it!

Usually love this place BUT...... went at 12:45 p.m. on a very hot Thursday - almost 90 degrees -- ordered and paid for my order with my DD card for a frozen vanilla chai. After it was paid for, the cashier remembered that the "frozen drink machine was being cleaned...." Couldn't get ANY type of frozen drink! Extremely disappointed this time around. One would think they would do the cleaning of that particular machine at the end of the day or in the very early morning instead. Just doesn't make sense.

Perhaps I should have ordered pizza instead, that's their namesake.
My favorite pasta is usually Spaghetti alle vongole (clam sauce) so without thinking ordered this dish which is less than $12. I should have thought about how inexpensive this dish is in a landlocked place, and shouldn't expect clams in their shells with the usual succulent, briny taste.
And when it came out it was a huge dish and clams obviously came from a can and not the fresh ones I usually get. The whole dish was bland in taste and the white sauce was just a watery mess with few tiny pieces of garlic, not sure if they used any white wine.
Salad was simple and ok. Crusty bread was the highlight of the night, it was warm, tasty and crunchy.
Overall, service was good, price decent and the place probably is high on the list for locals for their pizzas. And that's probably what I miss.

Got it delivered having never had it before. I decided to have the meatball sandwich and I was really impressed. It was well worth the $8. Terrific job, can't reccomend them enough.

Have been going her since the eighties. They have the best Italuan food around. Especially the thick crust pizza in a flat oblong pan try this place and you will keep coming back

The URL is for a Yelp listing; I could not find a web site for the restaurant itself.
First time here. Got the "plain old burger", fried calamari and house salad.
We sat ourselves per the instructions at the front desk. Nice, laid back pub style place.
I loved the vibes in this place immediately. Diana our server, as was the hostess were both very pleasant and know their stuff. In passing, very quickly, the lady of the house said..."I'll give you my onions..." -from her salad. (rather than request no onions).
Her salad came without onions. Diana picked up on that quick comment. Awesome! A great server indeed.
Our burgers were both cooked to order on a lightly toasted (not huge) bun. Fresh onion rings, tomatoes and lettuce toppers! Salads were fresh! Cukes and tomatoes snapped! Fried calamari was golden and plenty for one. Fresh! Pot. skins. Not that frozen nonsense.
They have 34 varieties of wings (from Ghost pepper to honey mustard, etc.) Like 88 kinds of beer and specials like Taco Night on Mondays and Steak night on Thursdays...
The menu has something for everyone. Chick parm, scallops, wings, ten different burgers, salmon...even the most picky eaters will find something. Judging by their burgers, I suspect anything one orders will be great. It has to be.
Diana brought fresh ice tea and extra napkins without my having to ask. Where does this happen?
Great vibes, modern music mixed with the classics from the 80's, fresh, hot food, a ton to choose from make this an inviting place.
I'll be back. It's only been three hours and I'm ready to return for another burger. Seriously.

We have heard great things about this restaurant, we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly and that carried through the whole dinner, all of the staff went out of their way to accommodate whatever we requested. We were promptly brought over great salsa and chips, my wife ordered guacamole which was outstanding. I had the fajita trio, beef, chicken and shrimp, they were outstanding great taste, they were served with sour cream guacamole, rice and re fried beans which all were outstanding. My wife had a combo of chili relleno, chimichanga and enchilada, your choice of beef or chicken, along with rice and re fried beans. The staff was great with smiles the whole time and the service could not have been better. Great prices and decent size portions. Highly recommended.....

This is basically a family pizza place, with personalized attention and excellent food. The owners are always present, and special requests are never a problem. Portions are generous, the food is well prepared and tasty You will always get a big hello, from the kitchen where one of the owners, Frank spends his time and a smile from his wife, who is at the register. This a favorite stop for picking up lunch or grabbing dinner, before going home. The portions are generous. Two of my staff often split one of the hero sandwiches.
