Nice cozy little reataurant, feels like in France. Amazing foie gras, and one of the best duck I’ve ever had!! Onion soupwas exellent, and boar was great too.
Very nice owner, wine was ok, a bit cold maybe :-).
As others wrote you can hear the train, but it doesnt bother at all.
I find it was a really nice romantic restaurant with great food! In my opinion its a bit too expensive, could eat similar food in the south of France for this amount... besides that it was amazing :-)

Nice cozy restaurant in a small village. You wouldn't expect such nice place here. The places breathes quality with a lounge waiting room for guests, carpet on the floor, well dressed staff and a tasteful interior. The menu offers polish classics as well as a good wine list. We went two times to this place, once for lunch, once for dinner. The food was both times good; not exceptional but good. Price-quality relation is definitely good. The portions are huge, staff is friendly, atmosphere relaxed. The only thing that really bothered us is the lack of etiquettes / knowledge from the staff: plates are taken away while position of fork-knife were clearly indicating that we're not done yet. Plates are anyway taken away literally within seconds after one finished, while others at the table are still eating. Half full tea cups were taken. We asked to pack leftover from one of us, which was done instantly and brought in a plastic bag to the table, while some at the table were still enjoying their main dish. Etc.. They should know better in such place. A training for the staff wouldn't hurt. It would make the experience so much better.

Visiting Family in Sopot we had delicious dinner in Nowy Swiat... Great food, amazing service from waitress named Ula, she offered us the best food from menu card and coctail from bartender Marek. we felt very welcome, out three years old daugter also was very welcomed and pleased by great food.

The Blue Pudel is the place with long tradition. An unusual decor of an art gallery which was located here years ago is characteristic of us. You will find also excellent drinks here, kitchens open to the last customer and the unforgettable climate. Be careful! That connection can win your heart!

Nice pub with a great staff, wide selection of beers and good food. Place is quite small, cozy rather for a small meeting or for couples.

When looking for vegetarian restaurants in Gdynia on Trip advisor this popped up. The pizza is lovely (one of the best I had) and prices awesome, but sadly they don't have much vegetarian options :( They also serve amazing coffee so I would definitely recommend.

If you’re the type that gets seduced by waiters In white gloves and food plates with big metal lids then this is the place for you!
But if you are more interested in good well cocked interesting food the you should head elsewhere. Mediocre cooking, bad combinations and poorly presented the food was a MAJOR disappointment. Given its high reviews, not to mention over prized we had expected something extra, but got very disappointed.
The environment is beautiful, nice villa and garden. But the oversized chairs makes it hard to have a conversation with someone who is not sitting right next to you.
The staff try to be professional and attentive but feels more “strung up” and uncomfortable, not to mention too quick and remove plates before people are done. The over effectiveness is actually rather disturbing and interrupts you meal and conversation.
On the whole, much ado about nothing!!

Restaurant owner is also a kitchen chef. He greets his customers and pay attention to every detail of their visit. Chef cooked for many prestigious events and celebrities. He makes wonderful and astonishing dishes. I haven't eaten as well roasted goose before. And those desserts... Chapeau bas!

I strongly recommend this restaurant to everybody, the food there is outstandingly good. Especially Deserts. And they also have a good wine collection. The owners are very hospitable and attentive. Waiters are polite. If you come to Gdansk, you should definately eat a fine dinner there.

This is a cute little place with pretty interesting modern Polish food, but unfortunately let down by amateur service. Whilst the service was friendly enough, there is much room for improvement. For instance, when we asked our nearly room temperature bottle of white wine to be refrigerated between pours, we were told that it was ok just in the ice bucket. All in all though, this is probably an earnest little operation that deserves a try.

Again food was perfect: small fried fishes and aromatic sea food pasta. Good selecion of wines. High level of service. Nice surprize: this place is dog friendly! This time 4 out of 5, because...we have made reservation for 1PM Saturday - no one informed us that half of the menu will not be available till 2PM due to the fact that grill is being cleaned up after breakfast or something...a bit dissapointing as some of us came exactly for grilled octopus:(
