Shipwreck knows how to prepare fish. This is one of very few places that understand how to make a good fish dish great. Highly recommended!!

This is our go to hibachi restaurant. The food is always excellent, the service is excellent and the hibachi chef always puts on a great show. They give you so much food that I took home half my dinner for lunch the next day. The people who work here are so nice. Call for reservations or you will be waiting a long time. I highly recommend.

Worth the wait! Go here and get creative with the sauces. A small is plenty but if you're feeling crazy, go for the banana split. I've been going here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Have fun!

If you want quality, Italian food then this is the place to go. The best of the best! If you truly appreciate the finest imported Italian specialties, cooking ingredients and rustic breads, visit Joe Leone's in Pt. Pleasant Beach or our satellite location Joe Leone's Gastonomia in Sea Girt!
we stopped in for subs, as they were voted #1 in Pt. Pleasant. You could design your sandwich in any way- from the 10+ different kinds of bread, to the many, many cheese and meat options- it was made to order from start to finish.. no "just give me the #5" here. It was a tasty sub- you could taste the quality of the ingredients. But it was a hectic place ( it was a Saturday afternoon) and it did take some time to get through the line- first to order and then to pay. While my finance waited in line to order, I browsed around, and there were so many options in this store. Not just a deli for subs, but home made pastas, home made side dishes and even main dishes- all of the Italian variety. Everything was gorgeous- you could get anything you wanted here if you're in the mood to make Italian food at home - and not just standard items, unique items as well. Frozen home made items too- it was a place you should not go on an empty stomach. There is no seating- take away only. It was also a bit pricey, but the sandwich was huge! go in and browse- something is bound to pique your interest.

Welcome to Theresa's South where you will find authentic Italian cuisine with recipes that have been passed down through the generations. This is a family owned and operated business so they take great pride in everything that comes out of their kitchen. The food is excellent and the service is superb! They use only the finest and freshest of meats, seafood, produce, and ingredients. Everything is homemade, from their sauces and pastas to their salad dressings. The bread is baked locally and delivered fresh daily. The portions are very healthy to satisfy any appetite and the menu widely varied so there is something for all tastes. For dessert they feature fresh homemade banana bread pudding, or maybe a slice of homemade flourless chocolate cake! This is the place to enjoy a great meal, hang out with family and friends, and have some good conversation. They are available for private parties and can accommodate up to 100 people. This is a must try and will be your new favorite Italian restaurant. This is a BYOB establishment. ** There is additional parking available at the municipal parking lot off of Bridge Ave.
This restaurant definitely fits well into the landscape of this small and quaint Jersey shore town. Being it's November, we did not have the option to dine outside, but we can easily see the attraction. Like many BYOB's, the prices at this restaurant are a little escalated and that's fine but we didn't feel the food was worth it. We had a mixed green salad and calamari - both items were a great way to start our meal. For dinner, I ordered what I thought would be a traditional bolognese and pasta - but it was made with sausage and the base was much creamier than I like. My husband had the skirt steak and was unimpressed by the lack of flavor and tenderness, but his sides were good. Service started off good but our waiter was not very attentive once our order was taken.

A full line retail bakery. Located in the historic town of Bay Head , NJ. We specialize in hands on baking using superior ingredients. This is where old world charm meets the 21st century. We are "Where Quality Makes The Difference"
Visiting from Arizona, I still find that this is still my favorite bakery to frequent. I always get the crumb cake and am never disappointed; cookies were good, bear claws were good and the nut brownies, moist and nutty. Can't wait to come back when I am back in town. YUM

I like to think of myself as somewhat of a pizza expert, I sample local pizza every where I travel. This is some of the best pizza I have had! The crust was super crispy, not greasy and had just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

woodchucks bbq...We Deliver!!!
Heard about Woodchucks as having some sort of lineage to the esteemed "Southern House" restaurant. We stopped in here for lunch and I had the ribs and steak tid bit special. (The tid bits were a substitution.) The tid bits were very tender, but a little too tangy for my taste. They were good. BUT the ribs were to die for! They brought home that old Southern House taste and tenderness like it was 20 years ago! Holy crap, they were delicious. We WILL be back here again!

If you're on the boardwalk at seaside heights, don't forget to visit Kohr's for great ice cream, frozen yougart, or drinks. They have kids sizes which is perfect for a family with young children. My favorite is the coconut ice cream with a chocolate base. They have the best orange aid drink as well. Don't miss out.
