This higher end eatery, is definitely the place to get a great meal in Plymouth. Having enjoyed lunch on two previous visits, I was eager to sample their dinner menus. We were not disappointed. Imaginative cocktails warmed our first minutes on this cold evening. For starters the poached oysters were excellent. Our entrees of NY Trip and Pan Seared Duck were accompanied by mashed potatoes and rice respectively, with ample root vegetables. Both were perfectly prepared, presented, and consumed with pleasure. For dessert we shared the Grand Marnier Chocolate Mousse and proclaimed the meal a perfect experience.
I’d recommend reserving a table. We were lucky, arriving a few a few minutes after opening (5pm) and were seated at the last available table.
A bit more refined than most college town establishments, the visit is well worth it.

This ice cream place is on the grounds of the Common Man Inn in Plymouth NH.
The gals that run this establishment are top notch. Thank you for all you do for the community of Plymouth. Being well loved by the students on the hill is a big reward for your hard work. My daughter loves your establishment. As do I. A return visit? You bet!

We always get great coffee and coolatta's here. The chicken salad sandwiches are good too. Only wished they stayed open later in the evenings- sometimes need that last cool or hot drink to end the evening back at the Gilcrest.

I stopped here to grab coffee before traveling north. Reasonable priced. Good service. Coffee was so strong I couldn't drink it. If you like Star bucks you will like this.

The Italian Farmhouse in Plymouth, N.H. is a proud member of the Common Man family, and serves delicious Italian food in a quaint farmhouse with spectacular views of 42 acres of surrounding land. Specializing in American-Italian fare, start off your meal with a selection from our antipasti menu, such as Fresh Mussels or Fried Calamari. Try our Antipasto or Verde Salad in between courses, and then delve into one of our hearty main dishes, like Farmhouse Scampi or Cioppino.
The menu is mostly Italian, but there are choices for other regions as well as for vegetarians. Food is well prepared and waitstaff effectively attentive. Garlic bread is available for helping your self along with several choices of dips. Chocolate covered espresso beans are the substitute for the white chocolate at the Common Man.

If you are a local bakery or business, this is place for you. They offer a wide variety of gluten free baked goods, along with many other items. The staff is amazing, as well as the owners, who are very good at what they do. Remember if you own a business and you want the best quality and the best baked goods you can buy on the market. This ice cream place is on the grounds of the Common Man Inn in Plymouth NH.
Went down with several international students, and really loved the place. The ice-cream has great texture, a generous amount served, and a wide variety of flavours and toppings. Also within the downtown area so its close by for students from Holderness School and Plymouth State University. Would highly recommend for those going out with friends. :)

This is a little out of the way, local type restaurant. The only one we could find serving breakfast that wasn't fast food. We had quick service and had omelets and pancakes. Omelets are made by putting sautéed filling in the middle of the fold in the omelet. The veggie had plenty of veggies. The two pancakes were large and fluffy inside. Each plate was under $10. The Western was 6.50. Very reasonable.
