A slightly pretentious restaurant but please don't let this put you off!
our party (including a baby) we welcomed and we had a great meal and drinks. Staff were friendly but this restaurant is one of the more fine dining restaurants in Parga.
I would recommend a visit

We were visiting Parga for the first time, with friends who have been countless times. They told us this was their favourite restaurant in Parga so naturally we went there on our first evening. It was full and there was a long queue but we got a table. The staff were friendly but the food was, I thought, ordinary to say the best and the house wine was awful. The price seemed fairly similar to other restaurants in the town. As it was a favourite of our friends we decided to try it again later in the week. It was again full and there was a queue - but the food was as poor. Our table had a broken glass lamp, which could easily have caused a terrible cut - but when we pointed this out, the response was: yes, be careful!

Specializing in fresh fish and seafood, premium local meat and regional products and award winning Greek wines as well as having a farm-to-table approach, where most of the fresh produce we use comes from our own farm, our aim is to provide our guests with a high end culinary experience in the hands of our award winning chef, offering the best of Greek cuisine with our beautiful 1903 manor house as a backdrop while offering extraordinary seaviews and surrounding nature.
Very good service, friendly and chatty waiters and nice spot overlooking the harbour.
Food was average, ordered the special - a seafood saffron risotto. Tasty seafood but small quantities and no flavour of it in the risotto which was more home cooking standard.
Other half had grilled prawns which very good, but way over priced at 19 euros especially when compared to the price of the other dishes advertised.
Ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which was flat and majority wine options on the menu were not available.

Traditional Greek cuisine offering a selection of fish and meat courses, with a great variety of delicacies, cooked the traditional home style way using the purest local materials. Try the Sodia salad, the giaourtlou kebab, steamed mussels or ask us about our daily specials,in a cosy environment by the sea.
Our first time to Sodia, our friends had been before hence the recommendation. Traditional Greek taverna with excellent choice topped off with friendly service. We shared sardines to start and a Greek salad. The sardines were outstanding. Then we had octopus, sea bream, T bone steak and pork in Metaxa sauce.
Complementary Ouzo to kick off with and banana ice cream and honey cake to finish. Good value, will be back next year

We didn't eat here - just popped in for a lunchtime beer on a couple of occasions.
The setting on the beach was perfect and we would probably have gone there more often if it had not been so hardgoing getting along the shingle beach from the hotel.
Service was a bit patchy (for example a request for Coca Cola light was ignored and we were just presented with another non-light different brand) but that is probably to be expected given the pressure they were under serving the lunchtime meals.
Generally an OK experience

I cannot believe there are no other reviews for this restaurant. Here we had the best food during our stay in Parga.Everything was prepared from scratch and was top quality, even the wine was above avrage for Grece! Five of us ate a variety of starters and mains for lunch, and everything was wonderful. I think the lady who served us owns the restaurant and she was lovely. We loved it so much we went back to Sarakiniko a few days later even though it wasnt our favourite beach.Warning though, Sundays are really busy with Greeks so I would stay away from any beach taverna on a Sunday.
It was worth the boat trip round to this little beach just for the lunch. We had mezes and enjoyed every one. We had mushrooms, fish, meatballs. The best meal in Parga and we will return. Staff were amazing and lovely setting just off the beach. Saw the kitchen,
aluminium and sparkling clean.Everything perfect.

Great bar, great service, beer at 2 euros only for a large beer. It's a must for the football followers, he has access to more channels than Sky. Will find you most games if you ask. ??⚽️

We only discovered this restaurant on the last day of our holiday. A pity. If we had discovered this restaurant earlier we surely would have visited Aegis more then once. We loved the fish-dishes. Grest taste and a menu modern twist. Not the traditionsl Greek menu/dishes.
Good advice on the white wine that matched perfect with the fish. We hope to try other dishes in the future.
