Celebrate farm-fresh American cuisine at elements, one of the best restaurants in Paradise Valley. Sanctuary touts the evolution of a favorite Scottsdale restaurant that offers a distinctive experience for AZ luxury dining. Discover the cutting-edge kitchen of Food Network celebrity and Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, where the best local organic produce is used to create seasonal menus. With the expansion of elements restaurant, enjoy distinctive venues for luxurious Scottsdale dining, including the private chef's table, XII, where you will witness the kitchen activity firsthand...And Praying Monk, for indoor/outdoor events overlooking the beauty of Camelback Mountain. With spectacular scenery and unique settings, jade bar and edge are the perfect places to sip and savor fresh cocktails on inviting outdoor patios at sunset.
We had dinner at Elements and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We had a lovely private table for two with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Our enjoyment of the atmosphere was only eclipsed by the exceptional cuisine and service. The menu was creative with a slight Asian flair. The portions were surprisingly ample as well. I would highly recommend Elements for a romantic dinner.

Café Monarch, in Old Town Scottsdale, is a family-owned and operated restaurant offering an ultra-romantic setting for your birthday, anniversary, special occasion, or extravagant night out. The four-course menu is altered weekly and features local, organic, sustainable and premium ingredients. In addition to the consistent quality of food and service, Café Monarch continuously evolves the menu, dining room, and service standards. All with the objective of maintaining a vibrant and beloved guest experience. All servers are trained through the Court of Master Sommeliers program, all having extensive food and wine knowledge.
Cafe Monarch was voted the number 1 Romantic Restaurant in America by someone. It really is very romantic, whatever the rating. But I go for the Experience of Fine Dining, and the evening was just that. They serve only four course fixed price dinners, with options for each course. The four of us had different choices, and without exception, truly enjoyed all the courses. Our waiter was most attentive, and his wait staff was very considerate of us when they served each course. The prices are not cheap, but you pay for the total dining experience, and for all that you get, the price is quite fair.
We go to Scottsdale every year, and will definitely come back again.

Gelato Spot Caffe in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona offers wood fired pizzas, panini sandwiches, salads, coffee, beer, wine and much more. It's a fun casual place with food thats made with passion and fresh ingredients. Our family cares about the business and we strive everyday to make our guests feel special.
My husband and I have two favorite spots for ice cream. One is 5 minutes from our home in south suburban Chicago (Original Rainbow Cone). The other is 1,700 miles away in Scottsdale, AZ. In the dozen years we’ve been going to Spring Training (Go White Sox!) we’ve had many—but not all—the flavors of gelato and sorbet at Gelato Spot. Not a flavor yet in the long glass cases that wasn’t delicious! My husband, long a chocolate fan, recently branched out to add coconut. In our visit last weekend (after an Arizona Fall League baseball game) I tried an amazing new flavor, grape, and a never-fails old favorite, pineapple. There’s a south suburban Chicago restaurant signage that reads: “Everything here is good.” That’s exactly what the Gelato Spot should boast!

There’s a reason why LON’s at The Hermosa Inn is rated as one of Paradise Valley’s top restaurants. We seek out the region’s freshest ingredients and prepare them with age-old cooking traditions—roasting, smoking, wood-grilled—combined with cutting-edge trends. The result? Globally inspired Arizona cuisine, with our popular Himalayan Salt Seared Ahi Tuna, served with cilantro, pickled onion, and ceviche sauce, as a prime example. A new Chef’s Tasting Menu is offered each week, and our expert sommelier is always on-hand to recommend the perfect wine pairings.
There are many wonderful restaurants in Scottsdale and Lon's was another one. We had a party of nine and ate on the outdoor patio. The food was plentiful and very good, and there were no take home bags !!
Our only complaint was the waiter treated our party with an attitude that said we were a burden, not a pleasure to serve. Totally unacceptable.

Authentic Italian Cusine straight from Florence Italy! Franco had been in the valley for almost 30 years, don't miss out! Reservations only!!
Delicious, delicious, delicious!!! From pasta to veal to fish to chicken to steak. How do describe perfection in every area except to say EVERYTHING is done with perfection at this very Italian restuarant. Franco has been around a long time and so has the chef he has been working with for years and you just don’t find real Italian much anymore. If you love Olive Garden then this restuarant is way out of your league!!

Warm and inviting, with an ambience of casual, colorful charm, Rita's Kitchen & R Bar features the patterns and textures of the desert Southwest. Our restaurant and bar in Scottsdale, Arizona sits at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, and it offers many design elements exceeded only by the delicious dishes of home-style regional cuisine made with the freshest local foods and produce.
Happy Hour is from 3-6 pm (I think). Arrive at 5:00, order awesome margaritas, tasty appetizers, and enjoy the fabulous view. Linger long enough to catch the live (often acoustic) music. You may want to grab soft seating around the fire as it cools sharply at sundown. Bring a light jacket.

Craft 64 is a Neopolitan-style wood-fired pizzeria. We also have a variety of salads, bruchettas, charcuttery, desserts, and appetizers. We have 36 beer taps, which feature Arizona beer exclusively, and a Sommelier curated wine program. Craft 64 is located in one of the oldest adobe houses in Old Town Scottsdale. As it is located in an old house, we train our wait staff to treat everyone like family.
Hey, break away from Old Town and get over to Main Street in Scottsdale for this great place. We stumbled on to this place because we had dinner next door at the Old Town Tortilla Factory (a separate review). This place has a great craft beer and wine selection, including several beers made by Craft 64. The pizza is wood fire oven baked and delicious. In season the place is open-air with a small patio out back. The service was exceptional. Just the right amount and friendly. I'm so glad we found this place. When I'm back in the Phoenix area I will be going back here for sure.

I always find an excuse to dine here, date night, anniversary family get-together, birthday because the service, food and atmosphere is always consistently incredible.
I came here to celebrate my anniversary. We started off with cocktail while looking over the menu. We started off with 3 Colossal Shrimp Cocktail and 1/2 Oysters. Entrees were the New Bedford Sea Scallop (lemon butter, sea salt, chardonnay) and 16 oz. NY Strip. We ended the evening with an Anniversary Chocolate Dessert.
Evening was perfect! Atmosphere, Food and Service! Thank you!
