We had some wonderful treats at the Malt Shoppe while we were visiting Pagosa Springs! They serve up American fare and some pretty amazing ice cream in an old-fashioned way. We found the staff to be hardworking and the turn around fast. We'd recommend anyone looking for a quick bite or a sweet treat to give it a try!

The quality of food and service in this Thai restaurant is virtually unequaled, especially when compared with the reasonable cost. The Drunk Noodles with tons of lean duck was a winner as was the chicken Satay for starter. Vegetable StirFry was also deliciouis with chicken bits.

As the town's longest running coffee house, Higher Grounds was established in 2004 with the goal of bringing the country's then-emerging craft coffee scene to the quaint mountain community of Pagosa Springs. Exclusively serving organic fair trade coffee, fresh in-house baked goods, and a curated selection of local beers & spirits, we continually strive to be THE destination for both locals and visitors.
This establishment does a fantastic job at fueling locals and travelers in Pagosa Springs. The environment is cozy, the staff is super friendly, the food is yummy and the coffee is top notch! We recommend any coffee lovers in the area to not miss it!

While walking through the downtown shops in PS, we stopped at PS FroYo & it was delish! Try the salted caramel with waffle cone pieces for a topping.....you won't be disappointed! Bonus: we met the sweetest young lady from Alaska working there.

Located in the heart of downtown Pagosa, The Peak Deli, has just what you are looking for in an affordable, cozy setting for breakfast or lunch. We offer only the finest Boar's Head meats and cheeses on our sandwiches. Also we have scratch made seasonal soups, and locally crafted sodas from Zuberfizz.
Peak Deli offers a little different experience that is unexpected from your typical deli! Soups and sauces are scratch made, and all items are top notch. The service is excellent, and the Peak Deli is in the heart of Pagosa Springs so it's easy to get to if you're skiing Wolf Creek or fishing the river!

Rosie's (formerly Rosie's DSP) Pizzeria has been voted Pagosa's best pizza! We are located in the City Market Shopping Center directly across from KFC/Taco Bell. Live music Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9. Serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week; open from 11AM till 9PM Sunday thru Thursday and 11AM to 10PM Friday and Saturday. Fabulously Fun and Funky with Beer, Wine, and Liquor with daily happy hour from 3PM to 6PM!
Great food, but they always take the phone off the hook during peak hours so the don't have to take phone orders. They small dining area is often full, I have small kids I don't want to pester people with and would love to be able to order food to go. Really frustrating for a business to not want to make money.

A family friendly casual dining style restaurant with a New Orleans theme. Authentic Cajun food serving gumbos, etoufee, red beans and rice, as well as fried seafood platters. The owner is from New Orleans with family in Cajun country!
We saw the ad in the Pagosa Visitors Mobile App. Decided we were hungry for Cajun. Who would of thought such authentic Cajun could be found in Colorado. This is a must stop for all Cajun lovers. The soup is fantastic. They start you out with free soup samples so you can decide which is right for you. It was hard to pick just one favorite.
