It was our last day in Romania and time for a good bye meal. We were not disappointed in our choice. The menu was comprehensive, the food was good as was our choice of local wines. To eat here on a warm evening, sitting outside in a garden setting enjoying live Romanian music is a joy. It is certainly a popular spot judging by the numbers of customers even though it is located on the fast moving road from Bucharest to the International Airport, parking is not the easiest of tasks, it requires nerve and care.

I am not a "fish" person. Despite this, I started to go often to this small and very cozy restaurant (yes, it's very small & very cozy... sometimes people who don't know each other share nice words and find common friends, even if they are from different countries or continents! It happened to me! :)). Although its clientele is international, the fish is local and the recipes are traditional and simple (sometimes interpreted interestingly). So don't expect miracles, but just to enjoy a good and simple taste in your mouth. Coming back to fish, well, it's cooked by a wonderful cook, Mrs. Zina, who prepares it so that you want to lick your fingers (I do, sometimes). The prices are decent for the quality they offer (in the neighborhood there is another fish restaurant billing you 2-3 times more... it's true, the plate arrangements may be there more sophisticated, but I usually pay for taste, not for image - unless it's art...) You may find better prices in other locations, maybe, but you'll not find my review there...
As to the owners... Oana and Gabi are nice hosts, they smile or don't :), we're all people and can have bad days, right??, they always have a good treat for my (still) little boy, who is a very good friend with Zina. Relationships always matter... :)) It's a place I really enjoy on good and bad time, with or without rain, when I want to have a tasty lunch or dinner, in a nice environment... Enjoy!

Bucharest is not the best for Asian food, and it's really not a great place if you've got high standards for sushi. However, Yuki is a great place if you are craving Asian food, the one that's properly, traditionally cooked. They have a traditional Japanese menu that goes beyond sushi - a lot of barbecue, fish, noodles and soups which are fantastic. The staff is friendly and the decor takes you on a short journey to Tokio.
Yuki is one of my favourite restaurants in Bucharest, which I've visited many times and am always happy to go back.
Totally recommend!

Tucked just off the main road, close to the airport this little restaurant is a real find.
Great food, large portions and low prices.
The staff are friendly and attentive, it's really a win win.
The fact it's busy midweek shows that I'm not alone in my opinion!!
You should try it.

A unique location, located in Otopeni, BUFETTO RESTAURANT invites you into an elegant and luring that combines the quality, refinement and a festive atmosphere, to taste dishes with great flavors.
Great place with tasty food....and too big portions.
The food is well cooked ....i can say perfect. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I am vegetarian, and was difficult for me to find something in the menu but wend they learn about this they told me that they can prepare what i like, i need just to ask or they can prepare something special. So i went for something special....and i was surprised abiut the tasty food they prepared. And i eat here for the 3'rd day in a row and for sure i will come ere all the time when in Otopeni.
Of course i go for a special meal all the time since i was nicely surprised until now.
As well the prices are quite ok considering that is not so far from the airport.

Born from chef Chaiyasith Srichom's passion to cook the food that he grew up with,Tuk Tuk is designed to be a place for gourmands and for those who fell in love with the exotic flavours of thai cuisine.
Last December, I accepted the invitation of a friend and we went to TUK TUK - even if I am not a great fan of spicy food. Of course, I tasted something not so hot-hot-hot (being not used to such dishes, it could easily ruin my health).
Many thanks to the kind waiter who helped me choose something "softer" - and delicious, at the same time.
Tess, my friend, told me that Tom Yum soup and Pad-Thai were both really good (and I trust her - she was coming directly from Thailand).

I ordered a pizza on a Sunday-evening before an early flight and received something that nothing has in common with an original Italian speciality.
As I was hungry I consumed it, but there was so much grease on it that I could almost not sleep all night.
There are a lot of good Italians in the neighborhood, but this restaurant you have to avoid when you are looking for an original one

An excellent place for business meetings, dinners and anniversaries our Restaurant invites you to taste the delicious meals from Romanian and International cuisine, as well as an interesting wine collection. An excellent day starts with a delicious breakfast(buffet) in our restaurant. The Bar, creates the perfect place for spending relaxing moments in a special atmosphere, offering a large selection of wines and spirits.
When dining at a airport area hotel, I did not expect much, but I found a hidden pearl inside the hotel, initially it seems to be the hotel restaurant but all together it was much more
Starting with a very friendly and attentive staff, a rich food menu covering local dishes, steaks and international food, everybody was able to find something matching their taste
Good selection of wines and spirits, including very high end selection of Whiskey, Cognac and Champaign
Food was well prepared with large portions and very nice portion setup
We really enjoyed the meal that altogether was affordable, something you do not expect from a 4* hotel restaurant which is usualy expensive
They have a fresh fish display with good selection of fish and seafood
If you are staying at the hotel or in the area, I recommend you drop by for a meal, it is certainly better than anything else in that area
Thumbs-up for the unexpected
