Osoyoos (/ɒˈsuːjuːs/, historically /ˈsuːjuːs/) is the southern-most town in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia between Penticton and Omak. Near the border with Washington state, the town is also adjacent to the Indian Reserve of the Osoyoos Indian Band. The origin of the name Osoyoos was the word sẁiẁs (pronounced "soo-yoos") meaning "narrowing of the waters" in the local Okanagan language (Syilx'tsn). The "O-" prefix is not indigenous in origin and was attached by settler-promoters wanting to harmonize the name with other place names beginning with O in the Okanagan Country (Oliver, Omak, Oroville, Okanogan). There is one local newspaper, the Osoyoos Times.

I love prime rib and the best is right here! I always arrive early - somewhere between 5-5:30 pm because I want my prime rib rare (it is easier to get it rare earlier rather than later in the evening). Also, if you come too late, there may not be any left. When I arrive around 5 o'clock, there are already many people there.
I usually order the regular size with which I have a baked potato - with all the fixings - and vegetables that are in season. Dinner also comes with a salad which you can have with their home made dressing - delicious!
I always promise myself that on my next visit, I will try the lamb chops. I've been told that this is also excellent -- maybe next time!

As locals Campo Marina is our favourite Italian restaurant.
*Warning* You may want to wear your loosest clothing so you can fully indulge in this special dining experience.
Campo has a great menu selection of Italian dishes Their menu is on their website.
Everything on the menu at Campo is DELISH but our highlight dishes that are our faves are their:
The Gnocchi dishes (the very best), Escargots, Garlic Prawns, Veal Parm & of course their warm homemade breads with garlic butter!
There is also a menu of daily specials.
Desserts - You gotta save room for one of their decadent desserts.
Campo's warm apple crumble with cranberries that's served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is out of this world! It's a great dish to share at your table but you'll wish you'd ordered your own! Their Tiramisu is also awesome!
ENJOY! Mangiare! Mangiare!

Met some friends here for lunch of a Friday. Not too crowded. Great service. Great food. We were staying to the Watermark Hotel, just across the street. Easy to get to, great views of the lake, outside Seating. We ordered some sandwiches, and they were very prompt in getting them out. The beer's cold! We'll be back!

The Sage Pub has been serving up great food for many years in Osoyoos. Our large menu offers something tasty for all to enjoy and our large portions leave you happily satisfied. Our large cocktail & beer menu ensure you never go thirsty! Open 11am to 1am 7 days a week!
Staff are very friendly and seem interested in making your pub visit fun and memorable, they have my beer brand and its cold and refreshing... Food is excellent, even my parents like to come here for the ribs on Thursdays, although they don't even drink, Was my fave when I lived here in the 80's, and it still my fave when I visit now.

Come, sit back, relax and enjoy our breathtaking view while enjoying locally sourced gourmet cuisine and our own award winning Nk'Mip wines.
We made a reservation for lunch in advance of our visit, and when we arrived we were immediately shown to a table on the patio that had uninterrupted views of the vineyards, lake and the Mountains beyond.
The food was really good, and in addition to regular glass sizes the wine selection included 3 x 3 ounce flights, giving diners the opportunity to sample several NK'MIP wines while enjoying lunch.
Service was attentive but not rushed, and we appreciated being able to unhurriedly savour our remaining wine after we had finished eating.

Just look at some of the photos... they don't lie, the ice cream portions here are INSANE! This place is popular, so be prepared to wait. The line moved quickly and I got my senior cone (which anywhere else would be considered a big scoop)! An awesome place to stop if you are driving back north from the Oliver area wineries. They have so many flavors and be prepared to ask what many of them are because the names don't always tell you much!
Stop by and don't let the line deter you!

The wait staff tried to keep us happy, but the kitchen was very slow the evening we visited. The food when it came was tasty and attractively presented. Families on vacation do not want to sit and wait so long. We hope they will reduce wait times.
