This is a typical Southern style diner: burgers, potato chips, etc., all served in a standard diner area. There is a walk up window for ordering takeaway/ take out. Inside, orders are placed at a window to the kitchen, and you collect your food from that window. The dining area is clean and bright and well kept.
The real winner here is the custard style ice cream and milk shakes. They are outstanding. People in the region brag about them, and for good reason. There's never a need to look past Phillip's when needing ice cream. The flavours/ toppings rival Dairy Queen, but the custard milk shakes are my addiction now.

This location stays busy with truckers and off road riders needing a sandwich for the road. This particular location offers a free cookie with double meat purchase but make sure they are still advertising that and remind the cashier that you ordered double meat so u are not charged for that cookie. Overall good service and good sandwiches.

One of the best breakfasts we've had in a long time. 'Basic' and "Country Fried Steak' meals were both delicious, especially the potatoes, with generous portions. The coffee was good, plentiful and hot. Service was better than average - our server even went looking for the flavor of jelly I wanted. Comfortable seating areas with country style decorations that made a pleasant atmosphere. Our two big breakfasts with all the fixin's and two big mugs of coffee that were kept hot and full cost about $16, a good value for the quality.

The managers, Kenny & Rhonda are always pleasant and quick with a laugh. They want to make sure you are happy. I have tried the Moose burger (1/2 pound of fresh ground beef, bacon, cheese, plus), salad with blackened grilled chicken and lemon pepper, and the wings ( garlic/parm, teriyaki, BBQ, lemon pepper). Everything is excellent. They have a good variety of draft beers to choose from. This is a family friendly establishment. Most recently I had teriyaki wings with fries and a small draft (16 oz. Angry Orchard) and the total came to $11.00.

When regularly visiting near here, I've been here numerous times. It has always provided prompt service, good food, and a nice rustic ambience. For this reason, I'd say it's hard to find a steakhouse in the neighbourhood (not that you're spoilt for choice) that is any better. If you want a nice dinner out in Scott County, TN, go to Preston's.

Was traveling through this area and as I often do pulled up Trip Advisory to find some where good to eat. This was not it!!!
Hardly anything to pick from on the buffet. Food was lukewarm and old. Granted we got there at 1:30 which is a late lunch however they should close the buffet if they aren't going to keep it stocked with fresh hot food. The service was very very unfriendly as well. Will NEVER stop there again and hope to prevent any other passerby from making this mistake. I like to be positive as well as honest and most of my post are but there wasn't much to be positive about here. I'll end by saying the only positive thing with honesty is the egg rolls were good and hot after I requested them to put some out.

The crew had lunch at Flonnies for a few days while in town. Everything is made fresh, so expect a wait. The burgers were tasty and served with onion rings, tots or fries. Large selection of grill items including chicken and catfish. There is inside seating, picnic tables...but most eat in their cars. Prices are a bit cheaper than traditional fast food and the service was always friendly.

A locally owned and managed restaurant. We serve breakfast until 10:30 and dinner until closing. You can also order to go and come through our drive thru so no need to get out of your car!
We found this place travelling for job and stop to have lunch. We have the best one of all our trip here in the US, not only for the food, also the people there were very kind. Hope to come back in the next visit around here

We stopped in Oneida for some groceries and for lunch. We checked Trip Advisor for a few affordable restaurants in the area and ended up choosing El Rey Azteca Mexican based on reviews. This restaurant, located in a strip mall, hasn’t a bright indoors, it’s “low lights” makes dining few a bit like a bar ambiance (see picture) with a big TV on the wall, on sports channel and Mexican music playing in the background. Their combo choices and specials are really reasonable (around $ 5-$6.50) for lunch. The Chicken Quesadilla (photo) was very filling. Their burrito and taco combo, served with rice was also good. Service was fast and the waiter was attentive. It is an ok place for a quick bite to eat.
