Oneida (/oʊˈnaɪdə/) is a city in Madison County located west of Oneida Castle (in Oneida County) and east of Canastota, New York, United States. The population was 11,390 at the 2010 census. The city, like both Oneida County and the nearby silver and china maker, was named for the Oneida tribe, which had a large territory here around Oneida Lake during the colonial period.

Veggie pizza...$25.95. It was good, but the price is outrageous! Add $3.00 for delivery and tip for the delivery person, that's an expensive pizza.

Nice family restaurant with good service, good food, and good pricing. The star of the lunch however was dessert. Bread pudding is the best so if you're a fan I recommend it. There are also many home made pies and cake. One person at our table had the coconut cream and it was also excellent. We had a toddler at the table and they nicely brought her crayons and coloring paper. We'll go back.

Opal's always offers a wonderful array of candies and other baked goodies. I especially enjoy the sugar-free candies, including the mint truffles, the cherry truffles, the white almond bark and the caramel wafers. All wonderful, although a bit on the costly side (about $20.00/lb.). Still, it is worth the visit if you are already inside Turning Stone.

Located atop the Tower, TS Steakhouse features a menu to dine for plus panoramic views, lifted spirits in our penthouse bar, and fine cigars in our intimate smoking parlor. Inspired by the cultural dining history of the Oneida Indians and their practice of "eating the seasons" through locally sourced and sustainable foods, TS Steakhouse builds on this long-standing tradition to deliver fine dining steakhouse favorites created with seasonal ingredients. Smoking is not permitted in the dining room or bar/lounge, but only in the smoking parlor and on its adjacent outdoor balcony, weather permitting.
Enjoyed the very busy bar area with adjacent singing piano player on this cold November Saturday evening. 7:30pm and the place is jammed. Enjoyed delicious cocktails and music before dinner, then a table next to the window for our delicious meal. We both enjoyed escargot appetizers, shared a shrimp cocktail (huge prawns), warm bread with salted butter, followed by the delicious Kobe Beef and the Chilean Sea Bass entrees, and a shared macaroni & cheese side dish. All the food was prepared precisely as we ordered it. Our server, Renee, was professional and courteous. We had one, brief moment of "Really?" when Renee just reached in front of me and pulled away a small bread plate that I was still using, and when I called her attention to the fact that I was still using it, she commented that she needed to clear it away in anticipation of our entree arrival. Huh? Didn't want to "tussle" over a 4-inch bread plate, but really? A bit later a manager stopped by to ask about our dinners, and we shared that moment with him. While annoying, it wasn't enough to downgrade the overall rating of our experience. My husband received a complimentary chocolate mousse dinner for his birthday, which was a nice touch. Two large cups of cappuccino ended our visit. Hope to return again.

My entire family visited Nicky Doodles many times over the summer, and we were never disappointed. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. They have the best ice-cream around. My wife and I cannot say enough about how polite and courteous the staff was on every single visit. I highly recommend stopping by.

Came her for lunch while we were staying at the resort. When we stop here, we always have Onion Rings and Poutine for appetizers. For those unfamiliar with Poutine, it is a dish originally from Quebec, Canada but is now the entire country of Canada's signature appetizer. It consists of crispy French Fries covered with fresh, squeaky, Cheese curd which is then covered with very hot beef gravy. Can never get enough! We have cobb salads, Hot sausage sandwich and French Onion Soup. All very good. The only criticism is that the poutine did not have enough gravy and the fries were a little soggy, not what we have come to expect after many visits here.

Lakeview Restaurant & Bar at the Sherrill-Kenwood Golf Course is open to the public for lunch and dinner. It offers the fancier dining room or the cozy bar-tavern room. Very good food and friendly, efficient service. They have various specials on different nights. The prime rib on Saturday night is excellent. The menu is somewhat limited but all the choices are very good and have a different touch and creative tastes.

Dinner for two at the Lodge at Turningstone. The lobby on the way into the restaurant is spectacular. The decor in the restaurant is equally beautiful. Chairs have good back support----a plus for older diners! Waitstaff friendly and helpful.
The menu is large and eclectic. Cocktails were not skimpy, but pricy. For apps we had a Heirloom Beet Salad, and Coquille St. Jacques....both delicious. (Only two scallops.)
Main courses: Scallops with tomatillos and Serrano Ham; Mahi Mahi special with creamed spinach and leek, suinchocke and wild mushroom hash. Both were superb.
Dessert...we shared one Wildflowers Trio...various chocolate items. Plenty for both of us.
$170 without tax and tip.

We were at first a little nervous as this restaurant is in a shopping mall plaza, but we were pleasantly surprised. I got the pesto penne and my boyfriend got the chicken parmesan, both dishes were great. They came with bread with a dipping sauce which was also good. Prices were a little high, but nothing much more than any other type of Italian restaurant. Good beer selection!

Our party was gathered to celebrate a special birthday. Waitress was attentive and very helpful in explaining ingredients of entrees. Beverages were filled as soon as glasses were empty. Bread and garlic butter was superb. A few of us ordered “Utica Greens”. Good but we would have preferred them to be just a tad spicer. Steak was tender. I ordered the Chicken Rigis. I would think the rigatoni was home made as they were very large, chicken was tender the recipe differed as they added a few hot peppers. Dessert was delicious and servings were large. We were not rushed, felt special and left very, very happy for the dinner experience. Definitely a place to stop, eat and enjoy
