We are in the area only once a year so we always make it a point to come here for dinner. As usual, we weren't disappointed.
Service is good, the food is delicious, and the fact that it is a BYOB restaurant isn't an issue.
I can't tell you what to get because everything we've had has been totally awesome.
Prices are very reasonable because I feel the BYOB keeps their costs down. Corkage fee is only $2.50.
Portions are generous.
My only complaint (and what keeps it from being a 5-star review. It's pretty lively in there and it makes conversation difficult at times.

Located at the Marina Number is 203-483-8414
Great fast service. Eating outside is so good this time of year. The lobster roll was served hot and had a butter sauce. Just delicious nothing more to say. I will be back for more for sure!!

JCakes is a special order custom cake and cupcake shop. All orders are placed in advance. We do offer a small case with cupcakes for immediate purchase.
Recently attended a wedding in Southington, and the bride and groom opted for cupcakes rather than a cake - and got them from JCakes. The setup for the dessert table was impeccably done, and the cupcakes were on point and delicious. They catered three flavors - vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Each was a basic cupcake, with a flavored whipped filling to match, and then well-piped icing on top. The chocolate had a whipped chocolate center, and a ganache frosting. Looked great, tasted great - really well done.

Ice cream and frozen yogurt shops have all come and gone from the center of Branford. Ashley's is the only one that survived. Why? Delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt of course. Served by a friendly staff and there you go. Go to Ashley's!

I stopped in here on a weekend trip to New England, and this was your typical Dunkin' Donuts. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the coffee hit the spot.

Supreme Seafood
999 Foxon Rd.
No. Branford Ct.
Supreme Seafood has been putting out quality seafood dinners since 1989. Located, at the end of a small strip mall, on suburban feeder road miles from the water it has always been known for its quality of product and preparation. If this operation were located on or along the shoreline you would have a long wait to get in and it would always be crowded. It’s that good. It seats only 22, very casual, and more known for takeout rather than eat in. Food is baked, broiled or fried but always done right. Sole, scallops, shrimp, calamari and clams are the main draw but chowders, burgers & dogs are also available. So if you find yourself out leaf-peeping and traveling Northeast out of New Haven along Rt. 80 keep a sharp eye on the right just beyond the intersection of Rt. 80 and Rt. 22. Stop and give yourself a treat.

My very favorite restaurant in the area, hands down. Everything is awesome, local, fresh, and just plain good. FANTASTIC offerings, change the menu each season, keeps the variety, lovely atmosphere, and just plain fab cheffing. Drinks are also good. Pricey. Great service and staff.

We had the crab cakes for appetizer, then I had the seafood platter with muscles, clams, and shrimp on linguini, and then finished off with cheesecake and a cup of coffee. I was so stuffed! Awesome cuisine. It was my last night in town before heading home to Florida. Next time I visit family we are going back!

This is one of the best restaurants on the east coast. Worth the drive from NYC or Boston.
The prix fixe menus (which change with the season) has something for everyone. Portions are full and no one leaves Hungary. Bread and condiments made on premise.
Service is wonderfully attentive and Chef Roy is a considerate and friendly host.

From the moment you walk in, the people there are nice and serviceable. The donuts and sweet treats are very good. I recommend it!
