We are committed to using only the best quality products available because we are foodies. We never use cheap or imitation products in our food preparation. 571 Grill chefs put a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a lot of pride into every entree. Sometimes we may take a little longer, but we want to make sure your order is perfect. And as always, we guarantee your satisfaction- 100%. Our signature items; well, just a few- Smoked Wings; slow smoked with 15 spices in the rub, simply amazing. Burgers, 1/2lbers on a brioche bun, real cheese (cheddar, smoked gouda, swiss) with Hand-Cut fries. Homemade and hand-cut chips. Mac & Cheese balls. Pizzas- locally canned sauce, jazzed up with spices, real cheese, and lots of toppings, cooked on seasoned stone plates. Our salads are hydroponically grown locally. And more...
We visited 571 Grill on a beautiful Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Even at that time this great restaurant was busy. We had shared wings, (They were outstanding!) Each had a salad (we recommend the house made Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing) and the 571 Haystack Burger....oh my. We live a hour away and are wondering how we can get up there more often. It eas well worth the drive.

A coffee shop & cafe with breakfast or lunch anytime of day. Fresh, made on the spot sandwiches, paninis, wraps, breakfast, hot and cold coffee, cappuccino, and more! Sandwiches, paninis and wraps have the names of famous artists. I have tried a Monet, Michaelangelo and a Georgia O'Keefe. All delicious, especially when paired with 2 savory home made soups. Kids meals available. Desserts and other fresh baked goods are delicious. Decor is a collection of artwork that may be purchased, ready to hang.

While their cakes are wonderful, I stop by weekly for the iced cookies! So good. The icing sandwich cookies are dessert for two!

Visited on a cold, rainy Saturday for lunch, place was very busy, but not packed. Wife ordered their chicken, I went for the cabbage roll. We both agreed the cole slaw and fresh breads were outstanding, but were diappointed at how small the baked potatoes were. Wife loved the chicken, not greasy or overcooked as is often the case at many restaurants. The cabbage roll was okay, very filling but a bit bland for my taste. Service was quite good, waitress was very friendly and food delivered much more quickly than we expected. We are seldom in the New Carlisle area, but would happily stop again if we are in the future.

Home town country cooking with all-day breakfast, daily specials and Broasted Chicken.
I experienced a pleasant "after school"snack at Studebaker's with my grandchildren recently. The restaurant is clean, cozy, warm, inviting. The clientele is friendly, even to this city-slicker stranger. The staff, welcoming,, efficient, smart! The menu is large, varied. Snacks, meals, desserts all fresh, delicious! My granddaughter ha a Chef's Salad that was so crisp, loaded with ingredients, fresh and huge! Fried foods are done to perfection...not greasy at all. My tea was hot, their Cokes cold. This is a definite "Return To" restaurant. And, you know, I will just bet that the staff will be waiting and happy to see us return. There was just that kind of feeling!

Don't let the run-down exterior fool you, this little gem just off of I-70 is clean, well-run, and has great food. If you're looking for something fast that's not on a biscuit, their breakfast sandwiches are the best we've ever found. Large bacon and egg with plenty of bacon sandwiches are sure to fill you up. Their roast beef is the best and I love their fries too. My family also likes the Turkey club, Italian sub, etc.

This is a local mom and pop place that is very popular among the locals. They have a large menu of ice cream and desserts including Hersheys Ice Cream, Sundaes, Shakes, Malts, and Soft Serve. Prices are reasonable. They also have hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads. People appear to like their soft-serve, but I didn't find anything special about them. But finding hershey's ice cream is less common and they have malts. Rating of 5 for value and wide selection of items.

This newly-opened cafe is a real gem with two ladies cooking for their guests like they cook for their family at home. Breakfast and lunch offered Tuesday-Saturday. We had heard great things about it and stopped in for a lunch of chicken salad and hot ham and cheese sandwiches and kielbasa and kraut over mashed potatoes.Fast, friendly service at fabulous prices. We missed their chicken and noodles but we'll go back as we keep hearing they are fabulous. Homemade soups are offered daily.
