I tried their cheapest main course, fried fish cakes 6/10 cost 120 baht. I don't know how they make the fish cakes as they have a processed fish taste and rubber like texture ( which is normal for thai fish cakes), NO comparison to what I am used to in OZ, which is fresh fish and potato coated with bread crumbs and fried.
Total bill for main course, boiled rice and chang beer 210 baht.
The restaurant has an air conditioned dining room and no Wi-Fi.

There could be several branches of this restaurant, but I used "Ja Moo Jum 3" for this review. I ordered the fried rice which was excellent 10/10 and a plate of stir fried vegies with prawns, also great 9/10. Total bill including a coke was 135 baht.
The restaurant looks uninviting but don't be deterred as the food is good, Wi-Fi was not working for me, menu is in thai and nobody speaks English, thank god for photos.
A large car parking area is available and they have a live band which plays at nights.
Located down the road from "Baan Isaan".. 15.671000, 100.102098

They are famous for grilled catfish - sticky rice - papaya salad and grilled chicken.
The price is reasonable and this place is always crowded so get there early.
I recommend papaya salad with salted egg yolk.......not so good for your health but it is so yummy!

Kung Pao 2 has become a required stop during every trip to Nakorn Sawan. Located on a (high) bank of the river through the city, Kung Pao 2 has very comfortable garden Seating - for couples, families and large groups with beautiful views of sunsets over the river.
Most all seafood is tank raised on site, so it is super fresh. Don't miss the grilled shrimp and the crab baked with glass noodles. Tom Yum Kung is also a great option here. Vegetarian food, unfortunately, is not.
When the kids are finished with their meals, there is a garden, a swing and games to keep them occupied. BYOB is welcome.

Found this bar by accident, it is just around the corner from The Paradiso JK Design Hotel. very colourful great looking place, excellent service, good food, good music. What more do you need.
I think they own a few places with the same name but I would come here again anytime.

This restaurant is a great find, but its 20 km out of town. I ordered the fish and chips 10/10 and a iced café latte 8/10. Total bill was 215 baht.
Benny's is nicely decorated and clean, free good Wi-Fi and air conditioned, the menu is in thai but the tv screen displays menu choices in English.
DO NOT follow the trip advisor map as its wrong.

great place to dine and listen to some good bands. visited this place on a Saturday evening, with some friends. the food was good, mostly Thai, which suited us. the 1st band on, was a country and western style band, played lots of stuff in english, which was great, the 2nd band was more rock and sang in thai, both bands were very good and professional. the place is clean and tidy, plenty of Seating areas and lots of young staff waiting on you, its nice and cool to. ps. when we went, only had chang, Heineken and tiger beers. would have like to have seen a few more choices. would go back again, defiantly.

Love this place. Delicious homemade ice creams. Great service, large menu of items, reasonably priced. Try the lava cake with ice cream. Can purchase ice cream for take away from there and many other local restaurants as well where they sell their products.
