‘Ello chaps!
Max & Emily’s is a staple of the Mount Pleasant downtown community.
They have a large array of hot and cold meals; sandwiches, soups, salads, and more galore.
Food is always top notch and service is great.
At Max & Emily’s, you order at the counter and then they bring the food to your table. They make it easy for breakfast or lunch.

Excellent family-run restaurant with tasty, inexpensive Mexican food. Have enjoyed eating here for over 10 years. Great margaritas too.

Always enjoy visiting the Brass Cafe for some innovative dishes that take everyday ingredients and creates lovely dishes. My wife and I especially enjoy the seafood dishes they present and the occasional special plates. The staff is prompt and friendly, along with the decor and relaxing atmosphere you’re sure to have a nice evening with friends & family.

Midori, the Japanese word for green, reflects our commitment to using the freshest ingredients and implementing practices that are environmentally responsible. In striving to provide the best possible dining experience and continued high standard in quality and freshness, we have collaborated with vendors such as Honolulu Fish Company, Snake River Farms, and The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley who further this goal. Our pledge to using the freshest ingredients extends from the kitchen to the bar. We believe the best cocktails are handcrafted using premium spirits and innovative mixology. Behind the bar we use house made syrups and purees, fresh herbs, fruit, and fresh squeezed juice to order. We take great pride in our commitment to serving the finest products and believe you will taste the difference
We celebrated a small windfall by treating ourselves to Midori and were not disappointed. The drinks are creative, delicious, and unique. We had the Shrimp appetizer which had a delicious "kick," and the pork dumplings which were flavorful. We enjoyed three rolls: all fresh, deliciously seasoned, and authentic. The Rainbow was my favorite. The service was excellent: timely, informative, and polite. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a great evening at Midori.

While staying here for a meeting we had dinner at Isabella’s. It is a fine dining experience at Soaring Eagle. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve eaten here several time and have never had a bad meal. Linen service which was nice and the chef’s presentation is always delightful.
Price is reasonable for its location and the are accommodating for those with dietary issues. I would highly recommend dining here.

The food was good, nothing unusual; American food. Service was great hence the 4 stars. We mostly ordered salads and one of us ordered a wrap. All was good and moderately priced. We met there because we wanted a place to talk business. The restaurant is a good size and was not too busy at 1130 when we met. Service was good and attentive, but left us alone to get our meeting done.

I hadn't been to an ihop in years! We were visiting my daughter who attend CMU for the weekend. Needed somewhere to go out to breakfast. I remembered seeing it near there Meijer when we had been there in August. Convenient location, check.
They have an extensive breakfast menu. Lots of carbs of course. And they list the calories right on the menu which is nice and not nice at the same time. I had Swedish crepes that were around 700 calories I think (and among the lower amounts I noticed!!) They were good, not too sweet.
Service was great, they were pretty crowded at around 9 on a Saturday morning, but they got us right in and wait for food was appropriate.
I'd got again next time we're visiting.

If you are looking for a locally owned and operated place (not chain/franchise), look no further! They offer great food, (even gluten free options) and service. The dining room is large and the buffett is great! Support your local small business and spend your money here. :) You will be glad you did.

Travel back to the days of cruisin', coney dogs, neon and juke box rock n' roll. The Pixie is fun with great food-fast! A deep tradition , quality and community involvement all add up to the spirit of the Pixie. The Pixie Restaurant opened in 1948 and was the first drive-in restaurant in Mt. Pleasant. At that time, the operation consisted of curb service with a complete menu. "Car Hops" would wait on customers in their cars and bring their food to them on trays which attached to the window. Today, the Pixie Restaurant has the 50's/60's neon look and a dining room with a 50's juke box, memorabilia and the same great food and service the Pixie has made famous for nearly 60 years.
Went there after a concert at Soaring Eagle. We were craving Coney Dogs and this place advertised the best. They were absolutely HORRIBLE!! Cold! Crappy Coney Sauce. Wet and soggy buns. Wait Staff were very rude and not helpful with questions we asked about their items. We Will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone we know to NOT go there....All 4 of us had stomach ailments the next morning too so not sure how clean it is with the issues that occurred the next day.
