Conference wrap up dinner was at Michaels. I looked at menu online because I am a vegetarian and found a couple of possible options and was slightly annoyed the online menu was not the one handed to use. It had even less vegetarian options. Why they did not offer a vegetarian burger is beyond me. Ended up ordering the Mediterranean flat bread appetizer as my food. It was OK. If you were a carnivore food options looked good. The baked potatoes on neighbouring plates looked very nice. Service was good. I liked the water bottles on the tables. Dessert was tasty.
Found the dining room very loud. Wife found it very difficult with her hearing aids.
If there were a couple of nice vegetarian options it had the potential to get at least a 4.

A nice coffee/breakfast pit stop. Clean seating, fast service and order was right. The only downfall was as usual the breakfast sandwiches were not heated all the way. This seems to be a common starbucks problem. I take the blame for this as I didn't tell them to heat it open faced.

The woman that owns this place is a cruel, evil person she treats her young employees like dirt, she doesn't even have a time clock and charges these girls for food even if they don't eat, she doesn't give them breaks and if they come in or work a half hour they don't get paid for it. She is a CROOK!!!!!! Don't believe her nice demenior its fake.

New face, same place! We are still the Michael's on the Lake that everyone has grown to love. Come and enjoy your favorite items and see our new exterior in the process.
My wife and I ate at Michaels, and were quite impressed with most aspects of the meal. The service was excellent. The main courses were perfectly cooked and presented on the plate. Her desert was also impeccable. My desert, the Crème Brûlée, was a grave...MoreThank you for letting us know about your recent visit with us! I will be sure to let our Chef know about the Creme Brulee issue so we can get that corrected immediately. Thank you again and have a great day. :)

What else can I say? Its Starbucks. I had the sausage breakfast sandwich and blended mocha. It was delicious.

At last! A Moses Lake eatery in step with current cuisine! Features an imaginative menu with local sourced ingredients. Lively atmosphere, good bar, cute decor, good service, good eats. Sunday brunch fun, as well as your daily dinner menu. Just hope they keep up the good work, as they are definitely moving in the right direction.

Our son chose Rock Top as the place to celebrate his birthday. Usually it's not too bad. Friday was a little different.
We were sat right behind the hostess station. With the sun going down, each time the doors were open a HUGE amount of glare would shoot in momentarily blinding me. It was as if a spotlight had been set in front of my face and the light turned on. A defuser curtain hung from the ceiling would cure that in a heartbeat. Also, and this will only get worse as winter sets in, each time that door was opened, brr.
My wife ordered the appetizer Street Tacos for an entrée, I had the fish sandwich, hold the slaw (more on that later), son had fettuccini al fredo, his girlfriend had chicken parm. Father-in-law ordered fish place, brother-in-law and his girlfriend each had something different as well.
All beverages were quickly brought out and set in front of the appropriate people. That's the mark of a decent server. Even a couple were refilled before the food came out. When the food did come out my wife's tacos were cold. My sandwich had the pineapple tidbits on the bun which I believed to have been in the slaw since that's the way the menu read and I didn't want them. I would have been happy with the slaw, hold the pineapple. I'll know better next time.
Three separate checks were asked for when ordering. When it came time to pay up my father-in-law wondered aloud where his check was. Only my brother-in-law and I received on. As I glanced down my bill I saw that his food was there. Okay, at least it's covered. But it was clearly stated at the beginning of the evening and when ordering whose food would be on which ticket.
This last thrilling bit was the tables used to make it roomy enough for 7 people. Three round tables. That doesn't really work out that well. It's oddly shaped and people sit oddly because of it.

I got a simple taco salad served in a tostada shell....Ordered a ground beef one and they put very little meat in it. It also had lettuce, rice and entirely too many Beans. I don't recall seeing beans as one of the items in it so it ruined my dinner. The decor was nice. it was not a very big restaurant.

Porterhouse Steakhouse is under new ownership, has been turned in a Family driven Steakhouse, no longer has a casino.
We are always drawn (rightfully so) to Mex cuisine when we have a quick getaway to Moses Lake, but shame on us for not trying this place sooner. We had a great, and hearty, lunch here today. We opted for traditional fare (burger/french dip/pulled pork/fish & chips), and everything was delicious. Portions were generous, so we all could sample each other's dish. Service was exceptional, as well. Our waiter routinely checked on us, and was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, comfortable, and very middle class affordable. For as much as we like visiting this nice town, I can guarantee we will be back to try their steaks in the future...

The Red Door Café is the best. It is a locally owned and operated café that does great business at lunchtime. I love their chicken, bacon ranch ciabatta sandwich and always leave with an orange-zest cinnamon roll to go. The service is fast and friendly and I love that I am supporting a local business. It is fun to visit the Red Door consignment shop while stopping in for lunch.
