We stopped at this Italian restaurant in Morgan Hill on our way to SF to have lunch. What a gem. Probably best Italian restaurant we had in California. Very personal approach. This place is run with love for food, cooking and service. Lunch including two big glasses of excellent Pinot Grigio for around $100. Definitely worth it!!

Try it for yourself, lots of choice of milk such as Almond milk. Tastes far better than most other coffee shops, worth trying.

We love Mediterranean food. And I'm so glad we decided to try Odeum for lunch. So, we started with the Quintet. The bread was awesome & could have been served with olive oil alone. (Yes, I do realize that's more of an Italian thing. But, stay with me here). Our fav spreads were the eggplant, hummus, & ricotta cheese. Yum! Yum! And did I say Yum?!?! My husband really enjoyed the fig salad & KILLED the Chicken Souvlaki. He said it was fabulous & wants us to return before we leave town. I had the shrimp & Cavatelli pasta dish that was wonderful. Also he enjoyed the "In the blink of a rye" & I loved the "I usually like cosmos" drinks. Gotta love the names of those drinks too! All around a great experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend! Enjoy!

We arrived before noon on a Saturday and there were still a few empty tables inside (it’s not a very big place). By the time we left the restaurant was full – clearly popular. The smoky smell of the BBQ had been evident outside and the meat delivered the corresponding smoky flavor. I had the Tri-Tip sandwich. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The coleslaw was a nice crunchy, acidic accompaniment. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich. He felt it was a little too fatty and not ‘pulled’ quite enough. BBQ sauce was served on the side in both cases, not served on the sandwich. The buns were very fresh (extra points for that!). Service was ok - nothing special.

The premiere dining destination of the South County serving Prime Steaks, Seafood and Pasta. Full Bar with a Wine Spectator award winning wine list. An upscale, comfortable restaurant in the heart of beautiful downtown Morgan Hill.
Went for dinner on a Friday night. Busy so happy we had reservations. Service was friendly . Lots to choose from on the menu. Raspberry Lemon Drop drink so delicious. Every dish at the table was good- wedge salad, calamari, beef wellington, oyster Rockefeller.
A very enjoyable evening with delicious food & good service. Winner all around.

Why I love Trip Advisor is that you can find really good local restaurants anywhere you are. Betsy’s was one of these. Clearly a local favorite as most everyone knew each other and welcomed and even sat with others as the restaurant became quite full quickly. The breakfast was really good diner food. Omelettes, bacon, eggs, etc. service was great, quick and friendly.

Rosy's at the Beach is located in beautiful Downtown Morgan Hill. We specialize in seafood but have an extensive menu featuring many items sure to please any taste.
Good food and service, always full of locals. Very good Mexican food, plus other options, all very fresh with extra touches and served hot. Staff friendly, helpful, easy to catch if you need something. Depending on time of day, parking can be very easy right in back, or very hard to find many blocks away.

Noah's has a delicious menu, great cocktails and very friendly servers. Great portions and nicely plated, always enjoy a meal there! Due to the layout of the bar & restaurant, large talkative parties can really raise the volume.

A little on the expensive side, but makes up for it with lovely Thai decor and kind, friendly servers. The food was good too. I recommend the Tom Ka soup with prawns. Small is big enough for two to share. The Pad See Ew was also good, especially the noodles, the meat not so much.

Betto's Bistro is located in the heart of downtown Morgan Hill and specializes in classic Italian cuisine.
Betto's is right on the main street in the center of Morgan Hill - they have outside seating, but on a day with the temperature was well above 90F I preferred the cool of the air conditioned and smart interior.
As I ate early, the place was relatively quiet and the service swift and attentive. There is a good and varied menu but I kept things simple with the Green Salad to start followed by the Chianti Chicken. The chicken was really delicious, with the bacon and chianti in the sauce really making the dish.
I'm only here for a week, but I am tempted to return to sample some of the other interesting dishes on the menu.
