This little place puts out good food and plenty of it. Our waitress was fabulous, and we received excellent service.

El Jaliciense is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in the area. Abundant good food and quick service. It serves Mexican food that all of us enjoyed. Not too hot for us gringos. Every time we've eaten there it's been packed with locals who all seem to know or be related to most of the other customers.

Portions are large and service friendly. Omelettes large enough to share. looks like where the locals hang out.

This pizza joint is pretty good, I wasnt expecting too much for a small town diner, but they proved me wrong.

Twisted Subs has a variety of great food... We have signature sandwiches hot or cold. We have soft rolled pretzels, pretzel cubs, pretzel pockets.. We also have Hard Ice Cream... We have indoor and outdoor seating...
Friendly staff serves good sandwiches. The pretzel bites are pretty good and come with a variety of dipping sauces. The Turkey sandwich was excellent. The pizza was not good at all. The crust and sauce were both bland and there was way too much cheese --literally running off the sides of the pizza

Very friendly staff and great quick meal. Looked the best in the town as we drove around. Sandwiches, pretzels, pizza and ice cream. Look basic but good.

Subway is always a safe alternative and if you are in the mood for a sub this is a good location to get one. However with all the other place to try in town I like to go there instead. They have great dive shops and diners to visit in Garden City.

This Chinese restaurant has better Chinese food than the one in my town, and my town is 10x larger than Montpelier. It's really authentic tasting and doesn't taste like the typical reheated frozen Chinese food. It's not P.F. Chang's or anything, but it's good. Most of their meals come with chow mein and that's my only complaint. I don't like their chow mein cause it's heavy on the celery and I don't like celery. Their lo mein and rice are delicious!

Everyone knows what to expect at Subway, but it is worth passing along the word that this Subway has Swiss cheese as a choice, unlike many others in the area. The manager is a great guy and extremely accommodating.

An Intermountain West favorite, Taco Time serves up Gonzo Mexican with the best! My favorite to die for meal is a crispy meat burrito, dunked in their fresh-made hot sauce. As good as the one with the bells, with a varied menu that includes Mexi-fries (tater tots) with most of the meal combos. Worth a try if you want something fast, good and cheap.
