Montgomery is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, settled in 1796. The town was a coach stop on the Cincinnati-Zanesville Road, later known as the Montgomery Pike, with an inn, two taverns, a grist mill and a carding mill to process its agricultural products. It would remain a rather sleepy hamlet until the 1960s when it became an affluent bedroom community for people working in Cincinnati. It retains its historic downtown with many other 19th-century houses scattered throughout the community. It is currently accessed from exit 15 off Interstate 71 and exit 50 off Interstate 275, and it is the eastern terminus of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway about five miles northeast of the Cincinnati city line. The population was 10,251 at the 2010 census.

The place to go for ribs and other great items in a fine dining atmosphere.
Historic place for ribs and meat. Sauce is fantastic. Pork, brisket, chicken and seafood options along with sandwiches, sides and desserts. You might not get to dessert as the portions are huge.
Bar is nice with full selection and several craft beer options.
Service was fantastic with items being addressed without disrupting your conversation or meal. Server was great. All other staff and managers were very nice and friendly.

Handcrafted for Five Generations Since 1870. Louis and Regina Graeter started handcrafting Graeter's Ice Cream in 1870. Today, generations later, we proudly remain family owned and operated. This is made possible thanks to you, our legion of loyal fans. For a century and a half, Graeter's has remained steadfast in our commitment to making ice cream in 2 gallon French Pots one batch at a time.
The best ice cream available! Creamy, fresh and flavorful...with the most amazing chocolate chunks around. The quality of Graeter’s Ice Cream is never compromised. A historic family business that is highly respected...but isn’t afraid to try something new and innovative.

Since 1969 Blue Ash Chili's premium chili has been made with the same family recipe using only top-quality ingredients. It's not too spicy and served Cincy-style: cheese coneys, 3-, 4-, 5- and even 6-ways. Our restaurants have the feel of a small town diner and the dining room and carryout line are always packed with regulars. In 2010, Blue Ash Chili was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-in, & Dives on the Food Network
Stopped here for lunch on a late Wednesday morning - the lot was already close to capacity, but we found a spot and were able to snag a booth when we entered the diner. ordered a cheese coney, slaw dog, and some jalapeno caps. Compared to the more common Skyline cheese coney, the chili was thicker with a more complex flavor and not a as sweet - we liked it a lot, but there was less cheese piled on top and the bun was a little stale, so overall kind of a wash. Something you won't see at Skyline though is a slaw dog - this one, even with the slightly stale bun, was pretty good with a generous helping of creamy slaw piled on. The slaw dog was the perfect accompaniment to the jalapeno caps - sliced jalapenos dipped in batter and deep fried to hot, crispy perfection and served with a very nice dipping sauce - these were fantastic! we'll be back for more of them and to start working down the extensive list of double deckers on the menu.

The name does not do the Brown Dog Cafe justice. Beautifully decorated with a nice bar area and outdoor seating facing the park, this is an upscale restaurant with a menu offering exotic entrees. Located in a park that used to be a Regional Airport, The Brown Dog is situated next a skating rink and a large park area. With offerings like Rabbit Pot Pie, Salmon, Scallops, Wild Boar, and Roast Duck, there are plenty of options in addition to Burgers and salads. I had the Mahi-Mahi special, served over seasoned grits that had a kick to them. The meal was filling and tasty. They specialize in a large beer menu including many local brews. I was there in January, but imagine this would be a great place to hang out in the summertime. The entrees can be pricy $28-$30, but the food and atmosphere make it worthwhile.

In its old location and with its former menu, this restaurant used to be one of my favorites in Cincinnati. The new location is certainly larger, but has a warehouse like atmosphere and a lot of background noise. The food took a very long time to be prepared. To our dismay, none of our favorite items survived the move, and the new menu choices are not nearly as appetizing as what was previously served. I wish I could turn back the clock and restore the previous menu and location.

Thank you for considering The Melting Pot Restaurant, Cincinnati's most unique and interactive restaurant. Celebrate any special occasion with us, fondue style. Whether it's a romantic dinner, a birthday, anniversary, holiday party, guest in from out of town or an evening of family fun. The Melting Pot Restaurant is always relaxed and easy to enjoy.
My family and i come to the melting pot annually. Recently we have been coming more with just my husband and our two boys. The food is always implacable as well as all the employees including managers. Its always a bonus when our favorite server Ariel is working when we have the time to come, as we always make sure to ask if shes working when we come in. The melting pot is the best!

Here you eat in a simple and friendly atmosphere burgers and drink local Cinci beers.
That alone makes most men happy already, there are some other meal options, but that is not why you should visit.
So, if mingling with the locals and above is your thing, go there and enjoy!

We came to this restaurant after leaving another restaurant that had no dairy free options. The food was top notch and our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was local and made from scratch without being pretentious. It was a very nice time and I would definitely go back.

Very good sushi. Often sushi is served at 35-40 degrees F. That is to cold and slow the development of the flavor. This sushi was served warmer which releases the flavor. Portion size was good and rice part of the nigiri was smaller than is usual which I prefer. Fish that called for wasabi had wasabi. No need to add wasabi but not too much just right. Arctic char was outstanding. The menu as a whole was very appealing. Can't comment on rolls as I did not check out the roll menu. Octopus was also very good. If I was from the area I would probably be a regular.
I ate at the sushi bar and service was very good.
I have been to probably 30-40 sushi bars and would rate about 2-3 as 5 star and another 5 or so as 4 star. Place is small and cozy family run but with a very comfortably diverse staff. The last comment is not code for anything just a refressing observation.

Maybe not for everyone but I had a great time at Marx Hot Bagel. The bagels are more chewy and authentic then what you find at most bakeries. You get see the bagels being made and that's fun too. Marx's has excellent smoked fish and Dr. Brown's soda so it's the real deal. Plus, the staff push you to order with the same love and affection you would get in New York. Had a LEO it was great.
