Me and my cousins all from the uk visited nafees bakery mirpur last week. We brought some snacks from the store and also ordered a pizza, whilst waiting for the pizza I decided to feed my 2 year old a Sandwich, we all sat on the bench outside the shop until we was approached by the manager who saw us on cctv. He kindly came over and asked why we was sitting rather uncomfortably on a small bench. He took us upstairs into the restaurant and organised 3 tables to immediately be put together so we could all sit comfortably and wait for our pizza. He then came over some time later to see if everything was ok.
I was extremely impressed with the customer service as not always in Pakistan do you receive this kind of service. Huge thanks to the manager. Keep up the excellent customer service.
Everyone visiting mirpur should definitely make a trip to here.
Thank you very much nafees bakery.

Went here on a family visit. Food was nice and clean. Prices were really expensive. Decorations and Seating same as a 10years back. Keep an eye on the bill they add a 20% sales tax on extra for some reason . Nice but a rip off

Wow Amin Kebab house is one. Of those rare restaurants that live up to the hype. This restaurant was established in the 60's and is still going strong. Visited several times and the service has been exceptional each time. Polite staff great hygeine beautiful food and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the chicken seek and the lamb tikka with roti salad chutney and plenty of Shazan. 10/10

Wasted whole day looking at tacky cheap plastic ! Clothing department had few good items overpriced and staff are rude except for one elderly cashier! I wanted to purchase pashmina shawls and was given four fake items before the elderly cashier took over. He showed me three which were under the counter , not on display. I ended up buying them all but at very high price.
Not at all what the hype is all about.

To be fair the food taste exactly like what I would get from Dixy chicken in Cardiff which is a plus is it reminds me of home. on the bad side, being based in Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, Mirpur, you are paying UK prices for a meal can end up costing £10-£12 converted to sterling which is disappointing. Foods and decor are above average.
