Tastee’s subs are one of a kind their ingredients and fresh sub rolls are delicious. Great sub for game day or a picnic or just last minute choice on a Sunday night. If you’re looking for a great sub that is unique to the area pick Tastee’s!

You will be amazed at how many ice cream flavors they offer. I always go for the dark chocolate, but they have lots more that are tempting.
In addition they also have a full pizza section with lots of thin crust options.
Good place to drop in for a cone or a slice.

Prices are equivalent to a diner. It's a nice change from diner or chain restaurants. Atmosphere was cozy and cool on a hot morning. Service was friendly. Portions are not huge but enough to be filling. I went for buckwheat pancakes, which are good. It's the only place around that still makes them. They have a new iced lemongrass - ginger Chai that was lively and refreshing.

Went there today for lunch. My wife had the same dish as last week, our first time there. Chicken Fajitas with corn tortillas, she informed them she is a Celiac as well last week. Well the waiter even wrote on the slip corn tortillas and as she was told they were fine. After eating one she questioned the Waiter who said your right, sorry. I went and spoke to the manager who was very much a punk who says yeah my fault we don't really have much if any Gluten free. Then another manager comes to the table and tells my wife the chicken is not good either. Wait a minute what changed from last week? Bottom line real screwed up unprofessional management. Oh paid the whole bill. Kick myself because I should of made a point because my suffers because a punk did not care. Real class act.

Torino Restaurants offers superb authentic Northern Italian cuisine that reflects the family’s origins in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The cuisine is a combination of traditional classics and state-of-the-art fare. All of the dishes are prepared with an emphasis on using on the freshest, prime ingredients, keeping the integrity of traditional dishes while incorporating a new style, with the focus on taste.
This isn't on Main Street so sometimes it gets lost in the shuffle, but this place has been around and it is real good Italian. It probably is the best Italian food in Metuchen, which shows as many places have opened and closed while Torino is getting more busy as the years go on. Have had a few meals and everyone have been good. People there are always very nice and accommodating.

LouCas is the ideal location for an impressive party because the location is convenient from major roadways, the food is delicious, and the service is beyond compare. We were among the invited guests at a retirement dinner, and the way we were treated made us feel like the honorees. The servers made sure glasses were always full, drinks were promptly delivered to the table, bread baskets were refilled, and special dietary needs were accommodated. The party was held in the downstairs dining room and was a bit crowded, but it didn't matter because there was still room to move about and socialize. Especially nice was having restrooms just a few steps away from the room so we didn't have to go up and down the stairs. The food was plentiful, from the family-style servings of appetizers (stuffed mushrooms, eggplant rollatini, clams, fried zucchini, etc.), to the entree choices (filet mignon, salmon, penne a la vodka, veal parm, chicken Francaise, etc.). Portions were generous and if plates were not cleaned, to-go boxes were filled. Dessert choices were tempting and delicious. My cheesecake was as light as air, and my husband's chocolate tuxedo cake was dense and sinful. Coffee and tea were served with dessert, not as an afterthought, as at some restaurants. If this dinner was any indication of what it is like to eat here, we will most certainly return to the restaurant.

Casual Fine Dining
I hadn't eaten at the Metuchen Inn in several years as I had heard it closed. Recently came back for a special lunch with my aunt and was so impressed. The service is top-notch and they really pay attention to their patrons. The owner stopped by to greet us (which is such a nice touch) and once heard we were celebrating a birthday, offered us a round of champagne! Things such as that are far and few these days and it was refreshing to feel so special which I think the Metuchen Inn really focuses on. Food was delicious, service very professional and attentive. I am looking forward to returning.

The Seasons 52 is a great place to take suppliers or customers as it has a quite nice atmosphere, nice selection of good food and wine however is still reasonably priced. Will for sure come back
