Authentic Greek Cuisine, Dine in or Pick up & We Deliver With Uber EATS.
You will not be disappointed in this restaurant. The food is fantastic. I ordered the lamb kabobs and it was the best I've tasted. The service is exceptional. It is a family run business and they are very kind. We have been to this location several times and have never been disappointed. The cost is affordable. Be sure you check the hours prior to arriving. We have previously gone on the weekends so we were aware of the late opening, but we went on a weeknight and they closed at 8pm. They were very kind and did not kick us out although we delayed closing.

I was very pleased with our visit. I had customers in from Wisconsin and we decided to give Salt grass a try. Our waitress was very pleasant and took good care of our needs. The food was prepared perfectly and we ended up at the bar for a couple of drinks afterwards. I highly recommend giving them a shot?

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel. The wait staff were fine. The chips and salsa arrived, but it was impossible to dip the chips without them breaking into pieces in the salsa and guacamole. The margaritas were some of the worst we ever had. They tasted as if they were mixed with 7 up. And the ground beef tasted just like the packaged spice mix one can buy in the grocery store. The restaurant was very busy and portions large. We live in the southwest and eat a lot of Mexican food so this was a disappointment.

The House of Gyros is the only Authentic Greek Style Restaurant and Cafe to make and serve the true original Gyro and the Pork Gyro made just like the ones you will find in the heart of downtown Athens.
(Just for clarity - TripAdvisor has "The House of Gyros" and "Yia Yia's House of Gyros" listed as two separate restaurants. They are, in fact, the same restaurant).
Our entire family of nine found this restaurant when looking for a non-chain dining option for dinner before the Mesquite Rodeo last week. It was a complete diamond in the rough and worth every positive review written. Our party's ages ranged from 80 down to two, but there was something for everyone on the menu at reasonable prices.
We arrived shortly after 5pm on a Saturday evening and were seated almost immediately after the wait staff arranged three tables together for us. The restaurant is small and the air conditioning isn't the best (dress accordingly), but the friendly wait staff and excellent food made up for it. The decor inside is playful and makes several fun references to the movie - "My Big Fat Greek Wedding".
We only ordered one hummus appetizer for the table, but they brought us a second serving of their tzatziki sauce and pita appetizer on the house. Both appetizers were excellent and served hot. They do warn you that their food is made to order, so it may take a little longer than usual. Most of our party ordered the gyro with fries (~$8), but another family member ordered the baked Greek lasagna (Pastitsio) and Gyro Plate, both of which were excellent. These gyros were some of the best we've ever had. The pita was fresh and hot, the lamb was tender with crispy bits mixed throughout, the tomatoes fresh, and the tzatziki sauce an excellent balance to the overall dish. The chicken pita was also exceptional, although not typical Greek food. Throughout our meal, the staff was friendly and attentive. Even though we didn't order dessert, they brought us several servings of a traditional Greek honey puff dessert (Loukoumades) on the house. It was an excellent way to conclude dinner and left us with a friendly finish for our friends at the House of Gyros.
If you're ever in Mesquite, TX for the rodeo or just passing through, make sure to go out of your way to stop and eat here. You won't be disappointed.

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margaritas. Treat your family and friends to a night at Texas Roadhouse.
Texas Roadhouse is my favorite chain steak house. I get the same thing every time, the smothered chicken, sweet potato, and house salad. They give you rolls and of course the peanuts. All of it is fantastic. Their prices are surprisingly really good hear as well. The service is always good. They are always smiling and upbeat. This will always be a place that I frequently come to. They are always busy at this location so doing call ahead seating makes it a bit faster.

One recent online reviewer of this location said “The Fried Green Beans make me dance.” We assume that’s a good thing (but, to tell the truth, we’ve never seen her dance).
There were 16 of us there to celebrate a B-Day, we waited for 2 1/2 hours to be seated at 3 tables, waited 30 more min. before our order were take. It started raining, water every where, the manger said the building is old. Had to move our food and drinks around so water wouldn't get in it.... Very poor service want be going there again. Didn't ask to take anything off our bill or anything. we still tipped. Very unsatisfied customers..

The true litmus test for me on my satisfaction with a given Jason's Deli location is the presence or absence of the Texas Spud. Happily it's available here! Otherwise it's all standard JD fare. The Texas Spud makes it!!

The best restaurant that I have eaten at in Mesquite in a LONG time, you must try. Its not your typical Sports bar restaurant, it has a great vibe, family-friendly & service. We had their burgers with bacon in the patty (yum) and wings..all delicious & much better than Chili's or BJ's Brewhouse.

Found BBB doing a TA search while looking for a unique place to have lunch. BBB is a real drive in with no seating available. Eat in your vehicle or take it with you. I chose the former. The burger was great. Kinda like you'd make at home (provided you know how to cook burgers!).
The "car hop" (dare I say that in today's PC climate?) was as nice as she could be.
Was a bit more expensive than I anticipated. See attached photo of the BBB menu board.
