The steak was cooked perfect. The dining area I'm not a big fan of. I don't like small rooms. They sat us upstairs right at the railing The waitress was rushing us when you spend $400 for dinner no need to rush.

I used to live in New Hampshire years ago. So when I came back to town, I was excited to see my favorite ice cream shack was still open.
I ordered a medium chocolate with chocolate jimmies on a cone, and it was huge. I had to get a bowl for it because I was afraid I would drip it all over the inside of the rental car.
This is worth the money as you get a ton of ice cream.
They sell normal ice cream shack fare such as ice cream combined with cookie dough or something similar, milkshakes, cones, sundaes and dipped cones.

I really wanted baked stuffed lobster but there aren't that many places that actually serve it. We went to Lobster Boat and I ordered a 1.5 pound baked stuffed lobster. It was fantastic. Many restaurants over cook it but this was cooked to perfection, plenty of stuffing, and the claws were still juicy. My husband had the seafood dinner, which he loves. Our server, Melanie, is the best! I would definitely go back for this lobster.

Axels just open for the season and my grandson & I just stopped in. It is a beautiful day and Axels was crowded, so it took a while to get served. Service was quick after we got to the windows. On beautiful, sunny & warm days and especially on the weekends expect service to take a while. The Ice cream was outstanding. As to the food, and I haven't tried it yet this year, I expect that the onion rings and fried claims and Lobster rolls to continue to be fantastic, like all the previous years. Would I recommend this place YES ABSOLUTELY. Can't wait to go back later this week to be my Clam and onion ring fix. The two bad things are (1) Cash Only and (2) no bathrooms, so be prepared.

Sweet Ginger has become so popular they have expanded into the next strip mall space! A wide selection of Thai favorites, and the owner is Thai/American, so if you don't want blazing hot food, they will tone it down. They are very attentive to dietary concerns. Pricing is moderate, but you get a lot of food for your money. If you've never tried Thai iced coffee, you must - they add sweetened condensed milk for an almost dessert-like taste. Dine in or do carry out. I've visited dozens of time and never been disappointed!

Beautiful setting in an old farmhouse, authentically decorated, very warm, welcoming, cozy. The trademark Common Man free cheeses and crackers is a plus! This is not haute cuisine, but excellent New England fare, wholesome ingredients, well prepared. Great service. What they do, they do very well.

Had lunch here last Fall. We had sandwiches and dessert. Everything looked so good it was hard to choose what to get. Although you probably can't make a bad choice. Everything we had was very good and fresh. Place was consistently busy while we were...MoreThank you so much for the great review! We're so glad to hear you enjoy our selection of freshly made lunch and dessert offerings! We appreciate your business, and do hope to see you again soon!

Was in the States and heard great things about this restaurant. Nice and clean establishment with great service. I had the veal parmigiano and my friend had the pasta with cubed meat. The portions are very generous which we could not finish and the quality of food was excellent. We seriously enjoyed this place and will definitely come back whenever we visit New Hampshire. Coming from Montreal and being Italian and Greek we sure know good food when we see it.

We had an after funeral luncheon here and I can honestly say I have never received better service, tastier food and a more comfortable restaurant than Portofino's. This is a family run restaurant who really know what they are doing when serving their guest. You would think that they were entertaining in their own home with the friendliness, attentiveness that they showed their guest. The food was delicious as we had a choice of four different dishes. Before the meal we had several different appetizers that were brought out from which to choose. Although we had our own room off the main dining area from my position I could see several tables in the restaurant and everyone seemed very happy with their service and meal. I would definitely recommend Portofino's. To the owner (nickname) Pepper and your wife Gabby a BIG THANK YOU for making a luncheon so special.
