What a find!
Delightfully romantic setting in quiet,rural location.
The background music,scented air,candlelit tables and floral surroundings left us in no doubt that this would be a special experience.
The menu was interesting and well balanced with fish,meat and vegetarian options available. Be advised that the portions here are very generous and it would be a pity to miss out on the delicious homemade desserts on offer.
We plan to make a return visit soon and hope to stay overnight in one of the nine rooms available at this lovely resort.

I've been visiting this restaurant for about 25 years and it has been rather variable. Now it has got its act together and produces very appetising food both from the menu and the varied fish of the day. The setting is pleasant and surrounds a small garden. Highlights from the menu start with stuffed aubergine and spinach Mille- feuille. Fish is cooked as you choose and served with a choice of sauces (I prefer Romesco) served separately.
Diners are welcomed with a glass of fino, the wine list is fairly good and the ambience calm and unhurried. Altogether one of Menorca's best venues for dinner. Book in advance!

Last time we visited Tast we ate outside and didn't enjoy the experience because the tables adjoin a square where kids play football and use their scooters. Not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Our present visit coincided with the Menorcan Gastronomic Fair and we chose to dine in the small but very pleasant interior dining room. I chose to eat the special 'Fair' menu which was not something I'd normally choose but it was most enjoyable and reasonably priced. We'll certainly return to Tast and will always choose the indoor option.

Really sorry, because usually the Moli is great value if you visit for a lunch. Unfortunately they have fallen into the August "fleece the tourist trap". Rushed and impolite service to get as many bums on seats as can be crammed in. Same food we were enjoining every week all year. But the price has escalated for august and the quality has gone down. As local residents we can return in October,but for visitors, try elsewhere for now.

We ate here this week and paid around £10 for chicken in red wine sauce. What came didn't look or taste like chicken and cam with a small portion of chips and an excuse for a salad.it didn't taste nice the chicken portion was very small and tasted like rubber.

Decided to try this lovely little bistro after Reading T/A reviews, and so glad we did ! From entering to leaving the service was extremely friendly and professional.
The menu del dia is fully explained by the very pleasant waiter (written in Spanish on board outside) , there is a choice of around 4 starters and 4 mains and even more for dessert.
The food is very well presented and is cooked to perfection, with timings in between courses just right.
We enjoyed the whole experience so ate there 3 times on our recent trip to Menorca, and can honestly say it made our holiday.

Just back from Menorca, Had a great time. My wife and I ate at this restuarant at least three to four times, also with friends. The meals were were lovely, and the portions very good. I would recommend this restuarant to any body going to Menorca, the staff Carolina and Sam were extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble.I would definately recommend.

We were based in Es Mercadal and knew nothing about it before arriving and win hours we could tell that this place was up there with e locals and visitors alike. Even from neighbouring eateries the visual delights of the food struck us and the difficulty of getting a table spoke volumes.
We decided to eat there as an early treat in our holiday and were truly blown away. Our 9 year old sone even raved about the food. We went for the variety of mini burgers ( tuna, beef, vegan and chicken and all multi coloured on a platter), mini meatballs, fried chicken strips with a curry sauce and deep fried green peppers.
There wasn't a morsel left I can tell you. We had a shared dessert that was like a chocolate fondant with home made ice cream.
It was really special and truly scrumptious
