This is one of the first class steakhouses around this was our first visit and we didn't know it was a steakhouse but it turned out to be a fabulous place with friendly staff and patrons

We have gone to Dans Dogs for years. The new owners are exactly what a customer wants to see. You can't not want someone to succeed like the Davis family.
His hiring practices are stellar. Every person who works there always insures that your eating experience is a good one.
I have tried almost every dog there. Always great and the buns.... they make it perfect.
I always get the rootbeer. It comes in a mug with free refills. Find that someplace else with specialty rootbeer.
Thank you Davis family. You make Medina shine!

recommended by employees at Cassel Noel! So glad we went. Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup was wonderful. All 10 of us had a great meal. Very accommodated to diets. Would go back soon! Can't remember the last time we spent only $25. for both of us.

This restaurant conveniently located by our hotel was recommended by the concierge. We were very pleased by the meals we selected. Service was timely and pleasant. The food was very tasty; the salad greens were very fresh, the ranch dressing was outstanding; the steamed broccoli was cooked to the very point I would ask for.
The atmosphere was rather barny with much resonance.

I was at the restaurant with a party of six (our first visit). We sampled several appetizers, French onion soup and breaded mushrooms, all were very tasty. I had the chipotle melt shaved steak sandwich. (Yummy!) The raspberry cheesecake desert was excellent too. Our waitress Faith, served us wonderfully. Can't wait to go back.

Had been waiting a long time to come here, finally got rid of the kids and made it out, only to be disappointed. The menu was limited, no snapper left, no steak left, no wedge salads left. Maybe Saturday night isn't the best time to go, but it's what worked for us. There was a hair in our risotto, it was comped and we got a second order, was good. Ordered a wedge salad, got a tossed salad with wedge toppings, server said that's what their wedges are (a wedge is a wedge, am I wrong?) Lobster mac was delicous! Wife had salmon, said it was good and the sauce was great. The restaurant is cozy and relaxed. Also witnessed a bartender turn away patrons at 1015, even though hours say open till 11p on Saturdays. Maybe we will try again.

Rose Hill is situated approximately 5 miles south of the historic Medina Square. The original building was built in the 1830's as a farmhouse and sits on 8 beautiful and landscaped acres. Then in the late 1980's the current dining and party rooms were added on, and in 2012 the current owners remodeled the establishment. The dining room has a warm elegant atmosphere with a fireplace in the wintertime; a divider separates a private area for small parties such as birthdays, etc. It features a beautiful bar with over 50 wines from around the world, a contemporary party room seating up to 80 guests, a huge patio where guests can enjoy the wonderful pastoral scenery, and best of all the fantastic food our culinary team prepares; from steak to seafood, to chicken and pasta, and of course our ethnic dishes like chicken paprikash and homemade spaetzels, pork schnitzel, and smoked meat and cheese platter, all made on premise.
The adult beverages were very good but that is it, I surely expected more for spending $25.95 per prime rib entree. The meat was barely warm as was the side of green pea risotto. The salad was mostly lettuce with a few thin slices of red onion, a few tomatoes.
My husband had the eggplant parm which was overcooked.
Surely expected more. The prime rib was just o.k.
We will never go back there when in town.

Surprisingly, given that the place was packed on a recent Sunday afternoon and regularly gets stellar reviews, this non-chain restaurant was average at best. I had the Reuben sandwich with Onion Rings. The onion rings were some of the best I've every had-large, fresh tasting and with a light batter. The Reuben was another story. This was a far cry from the tender, thick cut "falling apart" corned beef I am used to at the deli. What I got instead was typical thin sliced luncheon-meat grade Corned Beef I could pick up at an Arby's. Very disappointing. I may go back but will definitely order something else.

Fresh Food Deli is family owned and operated in Medina, OH. Fresh Food Deli is dedicated to preparing and serving only the freshest quality food for families to take home or dine in or for businesses and their employees.
Good quality food! I regularly order take out here. Gyros are excellent (I get huge platter size and split into dinner and lunch next day!). Wife and daughter LOVE the Athenian grilled Chicken either in gyro or on wonderful Greek salad. Father and son run it themselves and are very personable. The corned beef and likely other deli meat is very good quality. My son loves their fries. If eat in, they have a plate with a wedge of good cheese covered in brandy and lit on fire. I can't remember the name but it looks wonderful. Also, another rarity, after 15+ carryout orders, they have not messed it up.

Based on the recommendation of our host and hostess, our party hit Fiesta Jalapeños for lunch. The warm tortilla chips and salsa hit the table before we even had our coats off . . .
Margaritas were tasty ~ some ordered beer ~ most ordered off their lunch "specials" menu. I had the steak fajitas, decent beef - great rice, refried beans we good, too. Service was spot-on accurate.
Everyone ate well, drinks, lunch with tip was only $102
