Our hosts went to considerable length to have us sample everything from this famed place. We had the chicken, brisket, sausages, spareribs and many sides like the green beans, mashpotato, beans and bread pudding . My favorite was the brisket, which fell apart on the fork. The sausage was my second favorite, just perfectly cooked and had a little kick to it. The greenbeans and mash potato were very good as well. I found the other meats dry and was not a fan of them. Overall, while enjoyed the meal, i did not find it so outstanding as the reputation and all the reviews indicated. So i attribute it to my tastebuds...

You will have quite a selection of choices...even fresh avocado. Burgers made fresh to order. Fries are good, too. Not a bad price. Now they just need to offer a grass-fed burger to please the whole family!

First time visit and it was a great change of pace. Old west atmosphere took me back to Old Prescott Arizona where I grew up! Brazed catfish over a bed of coleslaw was absolutely wonderful. A quick trip to Choctaw and back in time to catch a late evening drink and some great music! Our next visit will be early enough to get a table!!

This was a beautiful restaurant with very friendly and informative service, when it came to the menu items. We were surprised to see $21 in soda charges and were not told of a refill fee only a waiter who quickly offered to refill our glasses.Hi Cheri! I'm really sorry to hear about that - could I have a phone number to talk about it with you? Thanks!

GREAT pizza!!! Excellent staff. We went during the Christmas festival and still got seating. The food is wonderful and it is decorated nicely.

This is located in the quaint downtown area of Mckinney TX. The burgers aren't square but they are made from fresh local ingredients (including meat = butcher is approx 2 blocks away...and the meat is free of hormones/etc). These are not fast food burgers - the quality and taste found here cannot be compared. And don't forget to sample the sweet potatoe fries too. This is definitely worth the drive from Dallas...and is our very favorite burger place in the USA.
Ate here with the family and frankly I'm not sure what all the buzz is about this place. Exceptionally dry buffalo burger where the server forgot to put the cheese on and when asked about the cheese, instead of taking the burger back, they sent me out a cold slice of cheese. Kids thought their burgers were just ok. Taste was marginal at best and it tasted like it was frozen meat the came right off a flat grill. So four burgers, 1 glass of wine, 3 cokes, 1 side of fries and $72 later we will not be back.

One of my favorite restaurants in McKinney! We always take company to visit the square and finish off our shopping trip with dinner at Sugar Bacon. It's pricey but worth it! Great atmosphere, decor is top of the line, and friendly staff. Food is amazing too!

This is a delightful find in downtown McKinney with an extensive menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. We had breakfast here & great menu selections reasonably priced. Expect a wait as it is very popular with all ages. Ambience is very western in an old building. Staff are very friendly & service is good.

We try to go on a breakfast date here once a month. Busy, but can always find a seat. Portion sizes are huge and always have leftovers unless we share. Eggs, bacon, waffles, etc all delicious. Had a minor issue once and it was taken care immediately.

Real Food. Curated Collections. Farmer's Market. Found Objects. Artisan Gifts. Lunch Daily. Pop Up Market Dinners by Reservation.
I have been past the Patina Green Home and Market many times but never realized they had a sandwich shop. A sign stated that it was voted "Best Sandwich" in McKinney place in 2016, so we thought we would try. Well, the sign wasn't too far off. The toasted ham and cheese with Jalapeno bread and a tangy sauce was pretty darn good. Overall, the menu is limited but you won't be disappointed in the sandwiches.
