This was not our first trip to Michelle's Pizza, but the first in a while. I got the Sausage Parmesan Sub sandwich. This was a good change of pace. the Italian sausage was very tasty the onions and sauce were just right. The sub was served hot. My wife tried the naked chicken wings (small order). She reported that they were quite tasty. We called in our order and it was waiting for us when we arrived at the restaurant. This place is always busy, but the service is generally quite good. The menu offers several options from New York Style Pizza, Calzone and Strombolli to pasta to salads to subs. We have enjoyed everything we have ordered from here over the past few years.

My husband and I have been twice in 2 weeks. Having just moved to the area and it being a small town was glad that there was a Mexican restaurant. It is a small one, but it is a small town so can't take points of for that. We thought the food was very good. On my last order of chimichangas, refried beans came with the meal. I usually push them to the side as I can't stand the pasty texture and somewhat fair to bland taste I have found in most restaurants. These were very moist and tasty. Even my husband thought so. The service was very good and attentive. When I commented on the beans to our server he explained how they liked to do everything fresh and not leave things under warmers etc. and some of the steps they take to ensure freshness of their food. I liked when he commented : "If we wouldn't serve it tour families we don't want to serve it to our customers." I believe it. The servings were large and enjoyed the complimentary little dessert at the end too. I read other reviews that they don't serve alcohol. We didn't ask. To us good food, good service and pleasant and clean are worth 5 stars.

We had the place pretty much to ourselves on a Sunday night in Feb. They have a very nice soup-salad-desert buffet which was just what we were looking for. We did not try any of their menu items so can't comment on them. Staff were friendly. Price was quite reasonable. We certainly would eat here again if in the area.

Our family visited McCormick on a weekend golf trip. We stopped into Little Italy for an early dinner. We chose this restaurant because they had a full menu (not just pizza). Everyone was pleased. The manicotti was delicious. Two of us had eggplant parmigiana and it was terrific. Our son had the Mediterranean pizza - fabulous! The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great dinner and a nice surprise in this small town.

This is quintessential South Carolina Cuisine nestled inside the Tara Golf Club. The menu is amazing and the food is fabulous. From the South Carolina Grilled Pork Chop (a monster!) for me to the Carolina Mountain Trout (terrific!) for my bride, this is TOP SHELF dining, friendly service, full bar, but at a surprisingly "mid-range" price....OK, not necessarily South Carolinian, but Fantastic Wings as well!
Come for lunch or dinner, but bring your clubs and play the Tara as well! ... Enjoy your day or evening! ... you might even want to tour the Savannah Lakes Village!

This is about as close as you get to your "Friendly Neighborhood Pub" for the Savannah Lakes (Lake Thurmond) region of McCormick, SC. A pleasant crew of staff waiting to greet you warmly as you walk in; it's clean as a thistle, several large TV screens and always a group of folks enjoying the food, beverages, and great conversation. The "big crowds" haven't found it yet, but probably will shortly, as word gets out about what kind of gem this really is! It's a combination restaurant and adjacent party-building.
Yep, it's "Pub Grub", but the signature Shrimp Po'Boy is "Off the Hook"! Grilled or fried chicken sandwiches, great burgers, patty-melts, and fish sandwiches (the tilapia was outstanding), and most excellent wings! For a measly $3, their "half-salad" is incredible, loaded with all kinds of goodies! The beer and drinks are very reasonably priced, especially at "Happy Hour" between 4-7PM.
On just about any given night you might find live music or dancing to a DJ at the Party Building - What a BLAST! - call the place for details of upcoming events!
A "must visit" place when you're in the area, especially for after-hours enjoyment!

This is a good quick stop for a biscuit on the way to the lake. My order was correct, and my food was hot. I'm sure I will stop by again.

Good food good service in a vintage settings. One of the best features about Lisa's is it is one of the few places in McCormick that is open after church on Sunday.

This Chinese restaurant is the same as the typical Chinese restaurants that use the exact menu most anywhere you travel in the US. Some are better than others and this one is just the average. The problem is the sauces on the various stir fried. They taste like they came out of a can rather than made on premises. The egg rolls are OK but lack seasoning and the hot mustard comes in little packs so the hot mustard is not hot. Another problem with this restaurant is that they don't have a dedicated line for the credit card machine. This means if take out order is being phoned in you have to wait until they get off the phone to process your card. I had the misfortune of trying to pay while the owner was placing a large food order (yes during service hours) that tied up the phone for 10 minutes.
