This is essentially a chicken place combined with a Pappa John's Pizza place. I ate at the pizza part of the restaurant. The pizza was close to what you would find at a Pappa John's in the USA the only exception being maybe slightly less amount of toppings. Expensive for Nicaragua.
The place was clean. Clean bathrooms. There was limited air conditioned space that had 8 tables. The service was prompt. There was free Wi-fi but you needed the code from the waitress.
I did notice that the chicken part of the restaurant had a huge indoor playground area for the kids.

Our waiter was excelent, all seven visits were fantastic from the food to the service. Marvin our server was very polite friendly and new his foods very well. All his reccomendations get a "10" as well as the food. Will be back next year with friends our first sto will be "LA BANDEJA" excellent

I've passed by this place several times over the last 8 years when visiting Nicaragua but it was just last week that I stopped in. I had the Caribbean salad and was amazed! It was absolutely delicious!!! In addition to the great salad, the service was excellent as well! Cafe du Parc will definitely be a regular stop for me in the future.
I was also surprised that the prices were moderate too.

The coffee was not very good. The first time I visited, the internet service was not working. I returned yesterday and the internet service was working so they did listen to our complaints! The best cafe is Las Flores, but there is no entry for them to be rated. Their pastries are amazing!

We are vegetarians, and we had 6 meals here. Pancakes.m were very good- thick and fluffy, Desayuno Nica was outstanding- eggs really scrambled perfectly, which isn’t easy, Desayuno Tropical was good- a little more granola than the yogurt could handle, but too much of a good thing... well?
For lunch, quesadillas were nice, salsa fresca is delightful, and veggie brochettes were excellent. Excellent! Add some beans to the veggie brochette order. Veggie fajitas were really nice for dinner. Go easy on the chopped mint if you order a mojito!

This place is an experience and right in the park. The host will help you decided on the right fruit smoothie and guide you to what is fresh to eat. Can't beat the cerviche, even in the rain!

Pros - TONS of quality handicrafts in one spot. Lots of food/drink options. Clean environment. I never felt like I was hassled by the people running the shops. If I just wanted to browse, they didn't care! First place I've traveled in a while that was that chill.
Seemed a bit touristy - but not the worst thing ever.

Good atmosphere and very good cafe but for a place that pretend to receive foreign people (nica people don't expect that much), service is really poor (too slow and check your change). Organization seems to be out of control as soon as 2 or 3 tables are occupied.
Food is ok but personally I can't enjoy it due to the poor service. Very disappointing
