Malle (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈmɑlə]) is a municipality located in the Campine region of the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the villages of Oostmalle and Westmalle. On 1 January 2013 Malle had a total population of 14,950. The total area is 51.99 km² which gives a population density of 288 inhabitants per km².

We had (again) diner is this simple yet well-known restaurant in Westmalle.
Different dishes were tasted (pizza pollo, pasta with smoked and non-smoked salmon, pasta with mushrooms and garlic, pasta with seafood, pasta bolognaise).
As usual the taste is good and the servings more than acceptable.
Ingredients are fresh, seasoning as should be (little bit salty) and the service is friendly.
However, it took ages before we were served, even with the restaurant only half filled. We could not figure out the cause, but this is not the first time .....
Very unfortunate if you have children sitting down on the table.
Conclusion : for a simple yet tasteful Italian, really recommendable, but resreve enough time.

We visited Haute Cookure several times over the years. Last time we had a four course dinner which was done quite allright, though hardly surprising - with the exception of their cheese dessert. We highly recommend the cheese as Haute Cookure ask you to choose from a wide and fine selection from their cheese cart. The wines served with the meal were, quality wise, very different. The 2011 Carmenere from Argentina was very nice with the main course, but we didn't value the other wines as much. Next time we might prefer to choose the wines ourselves. Afterwards, the chef came upon our table to check whether we enjoyed his food. Maybe a common gesture, but nevertheless appreciated. All in all, we consider Haute Cookure as a nice restaurant, however situated in a region where you will be able to experience more very good food. The choice is yours.

We are a cafe with many options and varieties. Both food and drinks, meetings and events is possible. We also have monthly activities that are also as team building can be booked. Walking and cycling enthusiasts will love you like no other in the nearby wooded area. All this, and the Abbey of Westmalle on the opposite, makes Cafe trappisten so bubbly.

This is a huge cafe. The parking is large, very large. Looks like an attraction park which is partial true. Once inside you'll be amazed they call this a cafe. Anyway order yourself some fresh beer from tap. Along with snack food. Enjoy to see...MoreNice that you enjoy your visit at our café, Westmalle is a place for everybody who likes good beer , loves nice people , ... small things makes you happy . Enjoy

We enjoyed their lunch offering, inclusive a glass of good Italian wine. Nice wine selection, a bit high priced. Food was quite good but a bit too much salt for our taste. This was not overwhelming so no issue. Home made pasta fine. We didn't try their Pizza offering. Also a take away.
Service was ok.
Parking in front or next doors.
We'll be back.

We went for a normal dinner to this place. The food wasn't all that good, the fish was filled with bones, while they not state this on the menu. The vegeatbles tasted like they had been defrosted and thrown on a plate. The only thing good were the fries, but if i wanted just fries i wouldn't have paid so much money... The people serving you looked like they were there but didn't want to be there. They were almost rude and not at all motivated... Wouldn't go back.

What a treat to have lunch or dinner in this restaurant! From the very first minute to the last we loved the experience. This couple definitely deserves a michelin star! The lady is the perfect host, very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The meals are delicious with eye for detail. Can't believe the chef is so relaxed, he showed us out after dinner and chatted about his restaurant. Very professional. Dinner here is a little vacation!

We had a Christmas lunch here yesterday and its a top quality restaurant, the food were excellent, the restaurant have very cozy ambiance and the crowd are chic. They have very friendly staff with excellent service. One of the best in Antwerp region we will definitely going back and its highly recommended.

Every week proposes a new expanded menu . The food will be completed by the owner of a large stove in the restaurant. You see what is coming. The husband makes it a great service and can optionally provide matching whiskeys . Highly recommended!!

Sushi King, a bold statement but one that I couldn't actually find fault with. I've not eaten a lot of sushi in my life, in fact I've come rather late to it. However, I have eaten it four or five times in the past year and although I've always enjoyed it when I've had it, I can honestly say that this is the nicest sushi I've had. My wife will second that as well. We shared a boat. Price wise it's not more expensive than anyone else, around 50 euros I seem to remember. The food was just superb, really fresh tasting from the salad that came with it to the wonderful selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. Service was spot on and the staff very friendly. I hope to include Sushi King in my frequent visits to Malle every time i go. Highly recommended!

we visited this restaurant yesterday at the start of restaurant week.Everything was to a very high standard,food,presentation,service.price was reasonable for the quality received.This place is definitely a rising star.Try it you won't be disappointed.
