The Restaurant has just been awarded with one Michelin Star and very high ratings in all major Italian guides. These accolades mirror the endless passion our team has for offering the best culinary experience possible.

The restaurant is closed from the November to March. During the season, Rossellinis is open for dinner only. For an unforgettable authentic and creative Italian meal, look no further! Guests can choose from myriad delectable dishes 'a-la-carte' or set tasting menus. Rossellinis features handpicked regional wines that can be carefully paired with each serving.
We came here two nights consecutively, the first to celebrate a birthday. The staff was very attentive and did help to make the birthday celebration a great success. We brought with us a very old bottle of sauternes which the head sommelier Enzo opened with great care despite a very challenging cork. Of course we shared a taste with him (as is customary) and extended the tasting to the junior somm as well as the manager. They repaid the kindness with some complimentary 50 year old cognac for our entire table and they also surprised us with a custom made cake for the occasion which was very thoughtful.
Overall the team was positive and seemed to genuinely try to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. Two members of our party have some diet limitations and we had requested one dish, I believe it was soy, to be served with the sauce on the side. This request was overlooked as well as the request to have the main courses of all five of us served simultaneously though two of us ended up with their last course arriving in advance. I realize this is not a tragedy but we did find it a bit clumsy.
On the last night I received a bill with several errors on it and I was deeply offended by this. I believed the errors were intentional because of the circumstances surrounding them. In fact, I initially provided a much less positive review than the one you are Reading and had some ensuing email dialog with the hotel / restaurant ownership over the past few days. Being initially very upset I had extended my displeasure to that of the hotel which was unfair and so I apologized for this and have rewritten my review here (see my separate review of Palazzo Avino for my thoughts about this hotel).
At the same time, I remain skeptical that the errors were purely accidental. But even if I am completely wrong about the intentions, I think what I found most upsetting was the sort of casual response I received at the time. Enzo brushed off the 10 Euro wine error and the manager, Francesco pointed to the hostess as having mistakenly charged three of us for four courses rather than three tasting menus. Overall the price difference was nominal but for me it wasn’t the point. I felt as though they trivialized this detail and/or made excuses. The manager should have taken care to ensure the calculation of the final bill was correct and if he failed to do this, he should have apologized and taken the responsibility for the error, not pointed to someone else. I should not have been put in the position of having to question a bill in front of my guests. I expect much more care at a Michelin star restaurant and for the price and competition I believe this expectation to be very reasonable.
In my ensuing dialog with the hotel ownership the one thing that stands out to me is that they were much more concerned with my review on trip advisor than trying to alleviate what I deemed to be an offense. I received rational explanations regarding the errors (management did not present them as excuses) but not once did I actually receive an apology – not at the time of the incorrect bill nor subsequently from the management in any of our dialog.
When we came here three years ago then manager Donato was much more accommodating to special requests and in fact it was this special care that prompted us to dine three nights in a row (see my first review of this restaurant from spring of 2014). Putting aside my ill will about the bill, I feel as though the restaurant has moved toward nouveau dish preparation and has lost some of the understated elegance of the local cuisine that we found so charming on our first visit. Of course the food quality is still very good and, overlooking our specific issues, the service is pleasant if a little sloppy. Given time and the will of the ownership to improve I suspect they can.
I find myself unable to overlook the mishandled bill issue though I have tried and have done my best to present a fair perspective on the restaurant for readers here (including both the good and the bad). I am not discouraging the readers to try it but if you do give it a try, make sure any special requests are quite clear and ask the manager if he has personally reviewed the bill before you open it at a table of guests.

This was more than just dining this was an experience. We drove past this restaurant several times when touring the Almafi Coast. We were lucky enough to get Reservations Sunday night at sunset. This restaurant is perched on a promontory with impressive views of the Amalfi coast. The food is divine. We opted for the L'Azzurro di Cetara which was a 7 course meal. Each course was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. Our favorite server, all though all were great, was the bread guy.
The dining experience took 4 hours, we wanted to savor every moment and it took us that long to enjoy all the courses.
And the cheese course offered is some of the best cheese I've ever tasted. I could not eat it all and wanted to take back with us. The server gave us a package of the cheeses which I enjoyed immensely on our flight back to the US.
We were lucky enough to meet the chef and his team and get a few pictures with this creative bunch. The food was fancy and gorgeous and a feast for the senses!

Since 1955, a tasty history Inside the narrow streets, through the Moorish streets and all the little squares near the sea, Minor collects the scents and flavors of it are cooking traditions. Here, let us not forget, was produced handmade pasta, which became, later, the undisputed asset of other areas of our region. And in this tradition theGiardiniello Restaurant was born. A story that began back in 1955 with Francesco Di Bianco and Annunziata "Nunziatina" Celio. Their hospitality and taste have grown for many years then passed, in more recent times, their sons Antonio and Giovanni, who made "Giardiniello" one of the true germs of good food on the Amalfi Coast.
A top class restaurant with attentive staff and fine kitchen. A local recommended we try the pizza and he was right. Absolutely delicious. Two pizzas with a shared salad and a glass of house wine and tip 55 euros.

We visited this establishment three times during our stay.
For me this is the best restaurant in Maiori. The menu is extensive; the waiting staff explained everything in detail and the presented food was amazing every time. We had our last nights meal here; we liked so much.
The food ia also exceptional value to add further glee to our visits.

We had 24 guests and requested the inside part of the restaurant. The staff was so accommodating to dietary needs and friendly! We had a four course meal in which each guest was able to choose from a selection of dishes. Every single person loved their meal and raved about the service. The restaurant is located on the one end of Maiori's beach, and has amazing views of the ocean and coast. The weather was good, so they were able to open the windows during the dinner.
The Al Mare appetizer, the eggplant pasta, and tiramisu were amazing! The prices were completely fair and reasonable. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Maiori. Thank you so much for the excellent experience.

The food was good but the view is exceptional. the wine was good though a little expensive. Service was average and perhaps needs improvement. But a perfect location to have a long lazy late boozy lunch especially if you are planning,as we did, to see Positano with the lights later.

The Restaurant Is On The Main Street,in A Corner Position.very Nice, clean And New.open For Breakfast ,lunch ,dinner.and Bar Lounge After Dinner.
Visited Maiori for a week in June anticipating a gourmet delight as we love Italian food. Found that all restaurants tended to serve the same fare, mostly pizza, pasta and seafood with mozzarella starters dominating. It was a nice change therefore to find this lovely little restaurant with a modern facade and the best burgers you could wish for, including a vegetarian version. Did not think I would ever say that my best meal in Italy was a burger but in this case it was. Add their skin fries and the best Pino Grigio I have tasted and you have a place well worth a visit. Without the wine (25 euros) the bill came to 30 euros for the two of us, good value, great place to eat.
