Within walking distance of Chacras de Coria and surrounded by a unique atmosfere, Clos de Chacras winery offers the very best of its production, together with an elaborate cuisine, in order to create an unforgettable experience
We had signed up for the bodega tour and wine tasting but showed up late and missed the tour and tasting. Nicolas was incredibly hospitable, personally showing us around the entire facility and having us try some wines, and refusing to accept any money from us. Excellent service and terrific wines..

Club Tapiz Resto, under the direction of the prestigious Soledad Nardelli (#21 best Latin America chef and Chef l'Avenir from the International Gastronomic Academie in Paris), offers an experience of regional tastes inspired by our on premise organic vegetable garden as well as fruits and walnuts obtained from other Tapiz estates.
The restaurant is located in a winery/hotel. It pairs food with wines produced locally. The setting is very nice, a wine tasting before meal with the manager is excellent, and the food and wine pairings were spot on. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

La Piadina Cantina is an italian restaurant where everything you eat here is home made. Our suggestions are: - Piadinas (Italian bread circular and flat filled with meat, pork or chicken and different cheeses and vegetables). - Pumpkin and mozzarella cheese Ravioli on black mushrooms cream. - Centolla Ravioli with Shrimp sauce. It´s a familiar and friendly place including a big and fresh garden for summer. We accept Credit and Debit cards.

Melipal is located in the exclusive area of Agrelo, one of the best grape growing regions in Argentina. The winery elaborates great wines using its own grapes from the region.Melipal has been related to agricultural labor for more than three generations. Its philosophy is based on a sustainable and responsible use of natural resources. Melipal winery was founded in 2002 with the commitment of beginning a history of perfect matching between man, the vineyard and the terroir. A history where wine is its most remarkable expression. Its contemporary architecture design is surrounded by 87 has of vineyards, being most of them Malbec grapes. The facility is open to receive visitors all year round, giving our guest the choice of a private tour and tasting or the possibility of enjoying an exclusive lunch at our restaurant viewing the impressive Andes Range.
We had lunch at Melipal and the food was very good. The setting is excellent and the service was very good too. The price tag is high and at the time we asked for the check, we were given a ticket (not valid for tax identification purposes). We asked for the valid ticket and it was not a happy question apparently because all the smiles given until then, were gone. Unfortanelty this is a common practice in Argentina, but if they are going to give in general in any place a non valid ticket, you should not be paying the 21% tax part of it.
Other than this issue, the rest was perfect!

We recently stayed at the hotel and ate dinner there twice. One night we ate with friends in the small basement wine cellar. They took great care to make sure this was a special evening for all of us. The steak was one of the...MoreThanks so much for your nice comment in Trip Advisor! We really feel happy you enjoyed our Restó... and specially the cellar! best regards Andrea Day

Open to Tuesday from Saturday at night.Abrimos de Martes a Sabados por la noche.
Visited this country restaurant based on a recommendation and am now recommending it for others. My wife and I had the Tasting Menu and were not disappointed. Both said menu and the good selection of wines are moderately priced. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. Our comments echo that of others in stating that the rooms are a bit 'stark' and the music did not seem to come out of the speakers in our room. Otherwise a very good experience for the dollars expended.

Restaurant quiet when we arrived and staff were good and efficient. Our meals were awful however, the only decent part was the bread basket. Lamb was stringy and tasted of nothing with a thick glutenous gravy covering everything. Veal again was unidentifiable and too overcooked to cut, covered in a mountain of melted cheese. Truly awful, we left pretty much three quarters of both meals, and the waiter just cleared the plates without even a query. We left feeling hungry and ripped off, not cheap but we couldn't be bothered to create a fuss.

At Cavas Wine Lodge’s we are convinced that the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday, by reservation only. Lunch served from 11:30 am, dinner starting 7 pm. We welcome children over 12 years of age.
In the spectacular Cavas Wine Lodge is a restaurant with an amazing chef of gourmet foods. Not surprising that one of the most spectacular hotels in all of South America would have an amazing gourmet cuisine. Visit when they have a tango show too. See the photos, need I say more…

Surrounded by vineyards, this old house was a perfect spot to welcome 2014.
Tables were set in a beautiful patio. Food was very good, and so was the service. Appetizers stole the show: there were shrimps cocktails and cold cuts, caprese salad on a stick, and many more. The main dish was a huge sirloin steak, a little overcooked but very tasty. The wine was a young Malbec from Foster Winery, quite right for the warm weather.
Over all, a very good dining experience.

Superb food, service and wines. Definitely top 3 in the area. The empanadas were to die for, so was the pork bondiola, and desert was a hit too. The staff was so friendly and the ambiance a lot of fun.
