Located in the heart of the Plateau for 25 years, Le Pégase is renowned for its fine French cuisine and a selection of meats cooked to perfection. You can bring your own wine, so ... be your own sommelier and select your favorite bottles! The decor and atmosphere are welcoming and friendly. A romantic evening between lovers or a convivial moment for friends conjugate there perfectly.--In the kitchenThe owner-chef Michael Audet-Laparé is illustrated in many restaurants (Chez Victoire, Le Quartier General, Laurie-Raphaël, Grenadine) before investing in command of Le Pégase. Assisted by Jean-Luc Peyrotes, he applies, every day, to work fine seasonal ingredients on the well-kept cooking and to express his taste for the culinary innovation and the marriages of flavors. In the dining-roomDamien Haennel, associated owner, orchestrates the service and its rhythm with a lightness tinged with twenty years of experience in catering. A good mood and a professionalism which favors the friendly reception of our duet of waiters, Johann and Morgane.
Decided to start our holiday with dinner here, and we went for the four course set. We had:
Green salads
Goat's cheese profiteroles
Braised lamb ravioli
Bison steak
Rack of lamb
Chocolate cake
and
Apple cake (tarte tatin)
The standouts were the profiteroles, which were served with beet mousse and sauce (normally, we're not into beets, but they provided a sunny and sweet flavor in this dish),
the bison steak, with an array of vegetables, the rack of lamb, which is an impressively generous portion, and the desserts. Also amazing was the fact that it was under $70 per person for meals of high quality. In Washington, DC, this meal would have easily been double the price.
It should also be noted that the servers were lovely. A sweet restaurant in an unassuming location. Highly recommended for a leisurely meal. Thank you, Montréal!

Cuisine francaise et produits du terroir. Ambiance decontracte et service chaleureux.
The atmosphere and service was excellent.
The food needs improvement. The display for all the dishes looked wonderful. The salad can be fresher and not soggy. Seemed like they had premixed the salad and sat there for along time before serving. Slice the cherry tomatoes into more pieces or give an extra one wouldn't hurt. More sprouts would be nice too. The Creme Brulee Foie Gras had alcohol in it, which took away the flavoring and texture in my opinion. Plancher pour deux was pleasant, but my family and I were not too crazy for their Canard Rillette (taste and texture again). The Tartare de cerf was excellent, the chef even gave a taste to see how spicy I would like it. The potato slices were also very tasty.
The server and waitress were polite. Got Sprite instead of my coke or pepsi request. Almost got 2 orders of Creme Brulee when we ordered 1. The waitress took the time to explain the menu to us. She was apologetic and did her best to accommodate us.
Not disappointed, but can be better. Overall, my family and I had a good experience.

Went with a few friends and my wife. Our server was super friendly but the ensuing service was less than satisfactory (it was a busy night). After ordering we waited almost an hour until our meals arrived. We had to ask for bread and water. My wife ordered the bison burger and asked what it came with - she was told fries and so she ordered a salad; what she got was a salad followed afterwards by the bison burger with fries and the same salad (why would the server let her order the second salad?). The 1/2 kg of mussels with Dijonnaise sauce was plentiful and the mussels tasty but the sauce was too heavily flavoured with Dijon mustard, a lighter touch would have been better. The fries that came with our meals were really not acceptable, dry and tasteless. Not much compelling here for a return visit.

Four star French classic restaurant located in Old Montreal.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Bonaparte. The service, cocktails, wine, appetizers and meal (Scallop delight with truffle oil and mushroom fricassee) were all quite excellent. We initially were uncertain about ordering the Lobster salad with hazelnut oil and maple syrup dressing (maple syrup in dressing?) but our waiter assured us it was not sweet -- and he was right. We ordered off the ala carte menu but there is also a tasting menu and a table d’hôte that changes daily.

I have been fortune enough to have eaten at Chasse et Peche several times over the years. I have always been blown away by my experiences, touting it as one of Montreal's finest restaurants. I send people there, telling them that not only is the food spectacular but that the service is second to none. So, when a friend invited me for my birthday, needless to say that I was ecstatic. And then so, so disappointed. Upon arrival, it took a long time to get our coats checked and ourselves seated. No idea why. The hostess seated us with a wine list, and then no one came back. After a good 10 mins, if not longer, I had to stop a waiter, who said he wasn't our waiter, just to ask for water and order cocktails. "Our" waiter eventually came back with the cocktails, set them down, and was about to walk away. I had to stop him to ask for menus. Another long stretch of time went by before a third waiter came to take our orders. I asked if there were any specials, as no one had bothered to tell us yet at that point. He described them to us, we ordered, and that was about it. Service gets 1 star. The food was fantastic, though. The scallops, risotto, lobster, etc, all excellent. However, when I go to this caliber of restaurant, it's about more than the food. It is an experience, and the service plays a big role in that. I won't be rushing to go back.

Cozy restaurant offering a cuisine of Nice and Provence, adorned with art and offering gourmet pizzas.
This is by far my favorite restaurant in the Longueuil, area. Service is friendly and impeccable. The decor is provencal style and, unlike most restaurant these days, there are no annoying tv's on the wall and the clientele is respectable enough to turn off their cell phones and other gizmos. And,in the summer you can enjoy the cozy Terrace. Perfect place to relax on a date or with colleagues. Their pizza and their creme brulee is to die for, and, Martin, will always help you find the perfect bottle of wine to accompany your meal. Very good value.

We went there on a Saturday night. Beware they only have 2 time slots: 6:00PM and 8:30PM so you have to be on time and can't stay longer if you are booked at 6:00.
The hostess and waiters are very friendly and quick. The decor is modern and airy. It will be nice in the summer since I think there is a Terrace section.
Some of us ordered from the Table d'Hote while I chose a dish from the A la Carte Menu.
The soup of the day was a minestrone. It is served in a huge bowl, very large portion for a starter. The fried calamari with the spicy aioli were very tasty.
My main course was a linguini vongole. The portion was tiny !!! And the pasta was not linguini but spaghetti and it was overcooked.
My friends had the squash ravioli and her dish was very good. Another friend had the seafood spaghetti from the Table d'Hote and his pasta was better than mine.
The best dishes were the desserts: carrot cake with cheese cake and a salty caramel coulis and the 3 chococlates cheese cake. Bothe were delicious.
The service is attentive but I wish we could have stay longer instead of being rushed out to allowed people booked at 8:30 to have our table.
I will come back but not on the weekend so we can take our time. And I will try another dish of pasta to see how well they will cook the pasta

We went to eat at night with friends for one of our friend's birthday anniversary. We were 13 in a group. It is a very friendly place with super cuisine, good selection of wine and very good service. It is the best place in St Lambert to eat and enjoy the evening.

Good food, fair price. Cute ambiance. Difficult to reserve, weekends are 5ish or 8ish. Without those restrictions I would go far more often. A little gem where you wouldn't expect it. Overall, totally worth it if times accordingly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Bouillon Bilk. The before dinner drinks were great, first course was spectacular, and the scallops were perfect. We also had the truffle linguini which was rich and hearty. We would definitely return when in Montreal. We really liked the design of the restaurant as well with the bar area in the middle of the space.
