We arrived late in the evening, and they still prepared dinner for us. A vegetable soup that was quite elegant, and I had salmon with whipped caulflower and little sauted vegetables. Amazing! Daughter had porc which was excellent, friend had duck. All quite good!

We had lunch at l'Abreuvoir and it was very nice. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. The crepes were good.

I categorise this restaurant as 'very good' because the location is exceptional, value for money is v good and the quality is good. When we drove thru the nearest town the other restaurants looked the type which would serve frozen dishes. Locals seem to come here for food at lunch. Best to book.

Restaurant in building dating from 1747, typical Perigord style. Dining room overlooking the garden and its source. Traditional cuisine. Remember to book for the weekend and evening (6 people minimum) 24h in advance !
Even though TripAdvisor says they are closed Wednesdays, we called then went there yesterday -- Wednesday. There was no choice for the main but two each for starter and dessert. Everything was very good. The weather has been dreary this past week but their Terrace...MoreThank you so much for your message!!! :) We hope you'll come back on a sunny day to enjoy the Terrace and the garden!!!! ;) Regards

Visited with friends and family and delighted that they were able to fit us in a shady spot outside - until the sun moved around...see later note.
Food was good...not excellent but very good...particularly enjoyed carpaccio starter...wine was also very good as you would expect.
Service was nothing short of awful. Had to ask 3 times for water and still wasn't received. Had to ask 3 times for sun blind to be pulled over as it was mid 30's and we and our children were in full sun...waitress literally threw our cutlery at us...we were laughing about it in the end.

Visited Les Eyzie last year and found it difficult to find to find somewhere to eat outside of lunch hours. Luckily today stumbled across Mentalo. Delicious Calzone pizza. Fooled by a warm chocolate sponge and creme anglais. Reasonably priced and friendly. The lunchtime menu finishes at 2 but you can eat a la carte. Fondly and also serves Portuguese food on the menus.

We called in for lunch on a sunny afternoon. This place is always busy in the summer but we could get in without a problem. The food came quickly and efficiently and was simple but tasty. We all had the euro18 menu and enjoyed it. The beer and wine choices were good.
Worth s visit.

Hard to get worse. Frozen industrial gunk served in a glaringly bright aseptic dinning room with a massive tv on at all times apparently. The shallot sauce comes with one or two specks of shallots floating on top of a stock cube type gravy. This is not cooking - this is rip off land.

Four of us travelling around the area wanted somewhere nice but inexpensive to eat for lunch. There are several restaurants in the area but we decided that this one suited us best. My daughter is vegetarian and, at first, we couldn't see any vegetarian dishes on the menu. However, we enquired when we went in and the owner happily obliged with a dish in discussion with my daughter about what she likes to eat.
I had lamb shank, which was delicious and the meat was very tender. My son had cod loin and my wife had chicken. The meals were presented well, they were tasty and well prepared. All of the food was accompanied with local wines.
The restaurant itself is light and clean and the service was good. We would recommend it.

What a wonderful experience we had at this restaurant today. If you have a palate for amazing quality food cooked and presented by a wonderful chef and team, this is the place to go. Different but in a wonderful way. An experience all should enjoy and one never to forget. So good we have booked to re-visit twice in September with family. Don't worry about menu or what to choose - your chef will take care of all and will present great choice that will suit all. Great quality food at a very reasonable price - in fact Regis should increase the price it is worth so much more for the quality, ambience and customer service.
